I first saw this after a friend texted the link and I almost bought it straight away — had nagging doubts beforehand and they turned out to be real. The app barely worked, kept crashing, even caused some system hiccups. Then they suggest rooting and pushing other sketchy apps (no thanks). Support was basically nowhere, my refund ticket's been pending five days and I don't expect the money back. Kinda glad I only tested it briefly.
Relief when the refund finally came
Weird moment — I was halfway through setting up my new iPhone for work when I realized the chat transfer hadn’t worked. I bought AnyTrans because their site promised an easy Android-to-iPhone chat migration via Google Drive. I spent two weeks following steps, trying devices, and in the end the app didn’t deliver — I lost time and some chat history because I needed the phone. Support answered quickly but kept asking for more info; after pushing back they finally refunded me. That refund was the moment I felt relieved — not great, but at least it wasn’t a total loss.
Late-night license surprise
I was halfway through moving files at 2 a.m. when the app suddenly asked for my license and my heart did that annoying skip. I’d bought the lifetime AnyTrans (now AnyDroid) on my old Mac and expected a quick transfer. First impressions were good — clean UI, did what I needed — so the license hiccup felt extra annoying. I sent a few support messages and heard nothing for weeks, which drove me nuts. Then, out of the blue, they issued a fresh key and everything reactivated. The exact moment I knew I was satisfied? When my photos synced without a single error. Pretty relieved, honestly.
Slow refund, but it worked
document everything and push back.
They actually delivered
Right when I was about to give up transferring my weird music files, their team popped in and actually fixed things — not just with a canned reply but with real changes. The customer reps stayed on the line, developers pushed a tailored build, and I got the updated app delivered to my phone the next morning. It felt personal, fast, and more competent than the help I got from other companies a while back. They kept me posted the whole time, asked the right questions, and didn't stop until it worked. Small hiccups, sure, but the delivery and service made it easy to forgive and stay a fan.
Almost bailed, pleasantly surprised
I was honestly on the fence before buying - skeptical that anyone could fix my messy music files and move them to my iPhone without wrecking tags or playlists. I tried it the first time late one night after work; initial hiccup, I thought "here we go again," but the support team jumped in fast and actually got what I meant. They adjusted the app for my weird formats, kept checking in, and didn't disappear after the sale. So yeah, my doubts faded. It's not flawless, a couple tiny glitches, but overall a relief; skilled people, quick answers, and it works for me right now.
Quiet phone rescue
I wasn’t sure what would happen when I messaged them — half expected the usual runaround or a bill that ballooned. I’d bought a Fold6 a few months earlier and then, predictably, forgot the pattern. Spent two days bouncing between my carrier and the shop, both saying it wasn’t their problem, and by the end of it I was locked out for weeks if I followed their rules. Not ideal — family’s in Wales, I’m in England, phone is how we keep things running, so I couldn’t wait around. I contacted this service more out of desperation than confidence. They were straightforward about what they could do, didn’t hide steps, and fixed the lock without any obvious fuss. Still had private little worries — about data, about time — but those were answered plainly, which helped. It’s not glam, just practical help when things went sideways. I’m relieved, a bit impressed, and would use them again if needed, though I’d brace myself for a small fee next time.
Almost didn't trust it, but ended up relieved
the site was very polished, chat kept timing out, and I kept thinking "uh oh, did I just send money into the void?" But here's the surprising part: the software actually fixed the annoying issue I had been wrestling with for days (one stubborn program that wouldn't uninstall). That feature — the uninstall/cleanup tool — just worked, and that honestly made me breathe easier. Support took longer than I would’ve liked to reply and their responses sounded like standard copy-paste at times, but when they did help it was practical and got me through the awkward spots. So yes, there’s a learning curve and some frustration, but the end result mattered more to me. I do wish the chat was more reliable and the refund policy clearer — I had to dig around to find where to submit my info — so pro tip: screenshot everything, save receipts, be persistent if you need a refund. Overall I'm glad I tried it rather than freaking out and spending even more on a tech service. I feel relieved and actually kind of grateful it worked out; not perfect, but definitely helpful. If you’re on the fence: go in cautiously, document stuff, and focus on that uninstall tool if that’s your problem — it saved me time and stress. Would I recommend? Yes, with the caveats above. Happy it turned out okay for me.
Phone unblocked, back to normal
screen smooth, fingerprint and face unlock behave, no weird latency. Small thing that surprised me: they warned me about a temporary battery drain for a day after the procedure, and that actually happened — odd, but harmless. I live in England and most of my family are in Wales, so being contactable was non-negotiable; they understood that. If you want a no-nonsense fix that keeps your data and gets the device behaving, this worked for me. Could be a bit cheaper, but worth it.
Data recovery tool purchase
I just bought a data recovery tool from this company, and man, I gotta say, it was a major letdown. The tool used up a ton of data just to get back a tiny bit of info from my backup. It kept scanning my stuff for hours with no results, and it made me super annoyed and suspicious of what it was up to. On top of that, it told me to turn off important security stuff like 2-factor authentication, which seemed fishy to me. All in all, I think this tool is a total scam and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Quick Facebook Support
Oh my goodness, the customer support on Facebook was amazing! I had a problem and in no time, someone was there to help me. It was so awesome and my issue got fixed super quickly. Thank you so much!
Unlocking iPhone 12 from Remote Management lock
At first, I had a hard time getting the program to work right. But after trying different things and not giving up, I finally learned how to use it correctly. I've managed to unlock three iPhones now, one of them being a brand new iPhone 12 that was locked on Remote Management only mode. The program worked and I was able to get past that lock. I'm happy with how things turned out and I think the program is worth the money.
iPad unlock software
I was really looking forward to using this software to unlock my iPad's passcode and activation lock, but it was a huge letdown. The website promised it would be compatible with iPads, but once I bought it and tried it out, I realized it only works with older models. It's so annoying! And to top it off, their supposed money-back guarantee is practically impossible to claim.
PhoneRescue for IOS purchase
I bought the PhoneRescue for IOS program and I gotta say, I was really let down by the activation process. When I tried to activate the program with the details I got, it just wouldn't work. I reached out for help, but it's been over a day since I bought it and my problem still isn't fixed. Honestly, I'm starting to think this might be a scam. I'd suggest others not to make the same mistake. The customer support is lacking, and they haven't fixed the issue quickly, which has left me feeling really frustrated and unhappy with my whole experience.
Passcode removal software
The passcode removal software said there wouldn't be any data loss, but it didn't work for me. Even though I followed all the instructions, my phone got reset to factory settings, and I lost everything. I was really bummed because I didn't have any backups. It feels like I wasted my money on something that didn't deliver as promised.
Droidkit
I bought Droidkit thinking it would make my phone run better, but it didn't do anything. I tried to get a refund from customer service, but they never got back to me. It was super annoying and now I feel like I got ripped off. I'm not just gonna forget about this.
PhoneClean Pro subscription
I just signed up for the PhoneClean Pro subscription, but ran into a big problem. I waited for over an hour and still couldn't download the software. It was really frustrating and disappointing. I was hoping for a smooth and easy experience when buying the product, but that didn't happen this time. I would caution others to be careful when dealing with this company, based on my not-so-great experience.
Lifetime license not honored
I bought a lifetime license for this software, thinking I would get tons of perks from it. But then, I ran into a problem with my activation code. So, I reached out to customer support for some help. They asked for more info about my order to fix things, but then... crickets. No response, no follow-up, no nothing. It's been a couple of months now, and I've reached out six times, but still no solution in sight. I just want the company to show me some respect as a customer and get this issue sorted out quickly and properly. It's frustrating and I feel like they're not listening to me at all.
Passcode removal software
I just bought this passcode removal software from a company, and let me tell you, it was a total waste of time and money. The product didn't work like they said it would, and when I asked for a refund, they did everything they could to avoid it. Their customer service was not helpful at all, and pretty rude, I felt totally scammed and so frustrated. I definitely suggest steering clear of this company.
Software
I've tried out a bunch of software programs like this in the past, but honestly, none of them really lived up to their hype. However, this one? Let me tell you, it's a total game-changer! After purchasing it, I received an email a few days later checking in on how I liked it. And you know what? I'm super thrilled with it! The customer service is absolutely amazing, and the software actually delivers on its promises. I'd rate it an 11 out of 10 if I could!
