Book nook purchase
The package got here pretty quick, which was nice. Honestly, we thought the book nook would be flimsy cardboard, but to our surprise, it's actually made of pressboard which is way sturdier. The instructions were easy to follow and it was a breeze to put together. It looks really nice on the shelf, with the light on or off. We're really pleased with our purchase and definitely plan on getting more in the future.

5 wood purchase
I got a 5 wood and it arrived really quickly! It only took 2 days to get to my house from Montreal to Michigan. I was so impressed by how fast it got here! The club was supposed to be in "excellent" condition, but it was actually BRAND NEW! It still had the factory cellophane on the club head, which was a nice surprise. And on top of that, I got a great discount because of Black Friday, which was like the cherry on top! Golf Avenue is definitely A++ in my book!

The hardware and juice selection at this company is really something else. I've looked everywhere, and haven't found another company that offers as much variety in products at prices that can compete. They've got mods, tanks, e-liquids - basically everything a vaping fan could want. And the quality is top-notch, which is a big deal for me as a picky shopper. Even though shipping takes a bit longer, the whole shopping experience with them is just great.

I had a bad experience with this company all about money and not caring about making customers happy. I tried to fix a problem with my account, but they made a choice without asking me and wouldn't even think about giving me a refund or credit for another membership. They weren't willing to work with me or help, which was really disappointing. So, I decided to look for other places to take care of what I need.

Ordered a product
I recently bought something from this company, and let me tell you, the customer service I got was super disappointing. When I got the product, it wasn't what I expected, so I reached out to customer service for some help. But instead of helping me out, they kind of brushed off my concerns like they didn't really care about me not being happy with my purchase. It felt like they were just focused on making money and didn't care about keeping me as a customer. Later on, I found out that the website I ordered from was actually a scam, but they still didn't seem bothered or want to help me fix the problem. I ended up losing $90 because they weren't concerned or responsive. All in all, it was a really frustrating experience.

Mattress pad purchase
I just bought a mattress pad from this company and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with how things turned out. I picked up this cool DIY bookshelf from an awesome store a few weeks ago. The pieces were really nice and all went together really well. The directions were easy to understand and follow. I'm almost finished assembling it and I'm really happy with how it's looking. It would have been even better if they had included some fun paint ideas or stickers for the shelves. That would have been really cool.

PS5 purchase for Christmas
At 9:20 pm, I got to the store and it was closed even though the sign said it should be open until 10 pm. A cashier came outside, but instead of helping me, she just took down the store hours sign. I contacted customer service and filed a complaint with the BBB, but they said they couldn't do anything about it and didn't offer any compensation for the trouble. I felt pretty unappreciated as a loyal customer who has been supporting the company's success.

I thought this site was awesome before, but now it feels like there's way too many people joining together in those big bid pack and gift card auctions. I've tried reporting those cheaters, but it seems like nothing's being done. It's really frustrating to see these dishonest tricks messing things up for everyone else who just wants to bid fairly on stuff. It's really sad to see a good site like this go down that road.
