Handbag purchase
I just bought a handbag from your site and when I got it, I could tell it wasn't the real deal. I called customer service right away but they didn't want to admit that it wasn't legit. I even asked to return it the same day it got here but they said it was final sale and couldn't be returned.
Selling process experience
I recently tried to sell something through this platform and it was a huge letdown, to be honest. The customer service was seriously lacking, and the communication was just not there. At first, I was really pumped to make a sale, but that feeling quickly faded as I ran into problem after problem. It was so frustrating not getting any help from customer service, whether I called, emailed, or tried to chat with them. I felt totally ignored and like they didn't really care about me as a customer. The fast service and quick payout they promised? Yeah, that never happened - my questions were just ignored.
Chanel bag purchase
I have this awesome bag that I sent in to sell, but it's been way too long and they still haven't paid me or sent it back. It's been over a month and they're being super rude about the whole thing. I'm really frustrated and might need to take legal action to get my bag back!
Cash wasted on Rebag
If you're thinking about buying or selling at Rebag, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. They don't seem too interested in top-notch items and give pretty low offers. I had some high-end pieces to sell, but they didn't seem too excited. Save yourself the trouble and check out other resale stores that'll actually give you fair value for your luxury items.
My new bag
I just got my brand new bag from Rebag and I'm so pumped about it! I was kinda worried after reading some reviews, but my experience was really great. The bag looks exactly like the pictures online and it even came in this adorable little box. I'm obsessed with it and can't wait to rock it at school.
LV garment bag
I picked up this bag from Rebag and it arrived from the US to Europe crazy fast! It was wrapped up real nice and the bag looked brand new. The only downside was that one of the hangers was missing, but they refunded some of the money so it's not a big deal. The folks at REBAG.com were quick to respond to me and I'd definitely shop with them again!
Expensive handbag purchase
I recently bought this luxury handbag from Rebag and man, was I let down. I paid over $600 for it, but when it arrived, it was so obviously fake. I reached out to customer service right away to complain, but they weren't very helpful. They said they had a bag number and insisted it was real, but there was no legit branding inside to back up their claim. I felt totally scammed and irritated by how Rebag handled the situation. I'm all about real and quality stuff when it comes to luxury items, so this whole ordeal has made me pretty hesitant and bummed. Just a heads up, be careful if you're thinking about buying from Rebag.
My new purse
I got my new purse from this place and they told me it would arrive in about a week, but it ended up taking much longer than that. I was calling them every day and all they kept saying was that it would be here soon, but it never came. It was so frustrating!
Chanel bag returned without dustbag
I bought a Chanel bag from this store recently, and when I got it, I saw that the dustbag was nowhere to be found. I contacted their customer service, and can you believe they had the nerve to say accessories can't be sent back? That's just crazy. I really felt like I got ripped off and was super let down by how they handled it. All in all, a really bad experience.
Black leather tote
My first buy from this place was a black leather tote that I'd been eyeing for weeks. I was a little unsure about the quality because of some reviews I'd seen, but I went ahead and bought it. When it showed up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was even better than I expected. The leather was flawless, no scratches or scuffs anywhere. It looked like it was brand spanking new, like no one had ever laid a finger on it. The packaging was solid and the tote got here right on time. All in all, it was a great experience.
LV bag purchase
I bought an LV bag from this store back in October, and I've been trying to reach out to them ever since. I've called, sent emails, and even tried their chat feature, but haven't heard anything back. It's super annoying not being able to get a hold of them regarding my purchase. All I want is my bag back!
Ysl bag trade
I'm really upset! I traded for this really awesome YSL bag, and instead, I got stuck with this beat-up Dior Lady bag that had big splotches and looked like a little kid painted it badly. It was supposed to be a fair swap, but it was far from it! And when I tried to give it back, they shut me down and said it was a final sale. So frustrating, definitely my worst experience!
Trade-in for an item
I tried to trade in something at this place and man, was it a letdown. Not only did they say no to my item, but I still haven't gotten it back despite me bugging them about it. Seems like they might be up to some shady stuff, taking items for trade-in but then not actually doing anything with them and just selling them off. That's not cool at all, and I'm thinking about going the legal route to get my item back. The fact that they're not communicating with me and being all secretive is really bothering me, making me feel like I've been played.
Crossbody bag
I bought a crossbody bag from this company not too long ago and it was a major letdown. The quality was way below my expectations, especially since it was advertised as being in good shape. But after just a few times using it, I noticed the edges were cracking and eventually falling apart. That's just not right for something that was supposed to be in good condition. And on top of that, when I tried getting in touch with the company about it, they were MIA. They didn't return my calls or emails until after the return window had closed. Not cool at all.
Trade Approval and Rejection
I just had a really frustrating experience trading in something. I got all excited because my trade was approved, but then got hit with a rejection email. And that was it - radio silence ever since. They're still holding onto my bag, and I have no idea what's going on. I was promised a quick exchange, but it's been anything but quick. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through.

I went to trade in my bag and they told me one price, but then they went back on it and gave me less money. Their customer service was awful and so unprofessional. I definitely won't be going back there again. This place sucks.

Overpriced purchase
I bought this thing and it cost way too much. When I wanted to return it, they said it was messed up even though it was fine when I got it. It took forever, but they eventually said they'd send me a new one. It was a complete nightmare dealing with them.
Verification process for order.
The verification process for my recent order was pretty intense, they wanted my license, credit card, and proof of address. But, I haven't heard anything back since then. I'm kind of bummed about the whole lack of communication and updates with my order. It's annoying how they took my money fast but aren't keeping me in the loop with what's going on.
Used bag
I recently bought something from this company, and honestly, it wasn't a great experience. I wanted to trade in my old bag and get a used one from them. But when I sent in my old bag, they wouldn't take it. I get that it's their choice, but it would have been nice if they had let me know about the return shipping. And the used bag I bought was charged to my credit card, but it's been stuck in a "in progress" status with no idea of when I'll actually get it. I tried calling customer service and chatting with their chatbot, but it was a dead end. They hung up on me and the chatbot wasn't helpful at all. I've even sent two emails and still haven't heard back. I'm getting to the point where I might have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This whole thing has been a nightmare and I won't be coming back as a customer.
