Trade Approval and Rejection
I just had a really frustrating experience trading in something. I got all excited because my trade was approved, but then got hit with a rejection email. And that was it - radio silence ever since. They're still holding onto my bag, and I have no idea what's going on. I was promised a quick exchange, but it's been anything but quick. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through.
Bag trade-in
I went to trade in my bag and they told me one price, but then they went back on it and gave me less money. Their customer service was awful and so unprofessional. I definitely won't be going back there again. This place sucks.

Overpriced purchase
I bought this thing and it cost way too much. When I wanted to return it, they said it was messed up even though it was fine when I got it. It took forever, but they eventually said they'd send me a new one. It was a complete nightmare dealing with them.
Verification process for order.
The verification process for my recent order was pretty intense, they wanted my license, credit card, and proof of address. But, I haven't heard anything back since then. I'm kind of bummed about the whole lack of communication and updates with my order. It's annoying how they took my money fast but aren't keeping me in the loop with what's going on.
Used bag
I recently bought something from this company, and honestly, it wasn't a great experience. I wanted to trade in my old bag and get a used one from them. But when I sent in my old bag, they wouldn't take it. I get that it's their choice, but it would have been nice if they had let me know about the return shipping. And the used bag I bought was charged to my credit card, but it's been stuck in a "in progress" status with no idea of when I'll actually get it. I tried calling customer service and chatting with their chatbot, but it was a dead end. They hung up on me and the chatbot wasn't helpful at all. I've even sent two emails and still haven't heard back. I'm getting to the point where I might have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This whole thing has been a nightmare and I won't be coming back as a customer.
Was trading in 2 bags and purchasing a Chanel tote bag
I recently submitted 2 bags for a trade... one Gucci and one Burberry. Offers were made quickly that I agreed with so I sent in my bags. I was supposed to take 1-2 days to finalize... it took a week afterwhich the Burberry bag was denied altogether and the Gucci price offered was reduced by $200. The reassoning were wear and tear and scratches. I have numerous pictures of each bag and that is not the case for either. As a matter of fact, the Gucci bag was never used! I won it in a raffle and when I got it realized how small it was and never used it - not even once. .I feel like this was a total bait and switch and therefore have declined the offer, cancelled the purchase and will not deal with this site again. I have a strong sense of dishonesty here .
Bag
This is a scam company! My wife had major problems with trade, payments, use of coupon codes, refunds. From start to finish, the process was a nightmare. Chat does not work, phone does not work. They ended up canceling the purchase and keeping the products as credit plus never refunded us from the difference. Beware! The company does not have reviews on google, how is this even possible.
Price quote for selling a purse to Rebag
Wow is all I can say. Run away fast if you’re thinking about selling this company your bag, or anything else for that matter. They will offer you what seems like a decent price, you accept and then send them your item. My item was in pristine condition as it was never used. It was a designer bag. It had tags with it. They ... up some bogus reasons to not give me the quoted price for the bag. Apparently this is their business practice. They said the bag had a heavy odor…NOT, hardware was scratched…LOL this bag had no hardware to speak of and there other stains and scratches…no way, bag was never used. At this point, they have the bag and if you decline their offer, you have to pay to get the bag shipped back to you. I have contacted BBB but I dont expect anything to happen. SO UNETHICAL. I will spread the word wherever I can. I did contact them about their bogus claim, and they responded they were unable to change the new quote. SELLER BEWARE
Same exact thing happened to me. If I dont get my bags back in the condition I sent them I will sue. I have multiple pictures of what they looked like when I sent them. I agree - do not send them anything!
Trade in
I have a Ophidia Gucci bag , like new , used twice … rebag Offered me a trade-in price of $1515 I wanted to use that for another bag that I had seen …. once I sent my bag to re-bag. I received an email stating that my now trading price would be $990 because my bag was stained scratched and had an odor!!!! Lies lies lies , my bag is NEW , i sent it in the duster bag , in the box in was purchased in and in the Gucci shopping bag …..I wish I could post pics !!!!!! I was insulted!!! Canceled them and received my bag back
