Cat's health supplement
I bought a health supplement for my 19-year-old cat who gets bladder stones and UTIs sometimes. Recently, she's been having little accidents outside her litter box, and being a good pet parent, I wanted to check if it wasn't because of her arthritis. After giving her the supplement, I saw that she got more energetic and seemed healthier overall. The accidents outside the box have gotten a bit better, but I know it's normal for her age. I'm glad with how it's helping her and I'll keep using it for her joints and mind.

Loungers purchase
I got these loungers from this company the other day and man, it was a letdown. The description online was way off and when I sent 'em back, I had to pay a return fee. And get this, I only got a little bit of my money back! What a waste. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere next time.

Clothes never came
Hey, so I've been using this really awesome clothes rental service for a while now. But, let me tell you about my mom's experience - it was a complete disaster. She planned way ahead for our trip and ordered her clothes early, but they never showed up! She had to actually go pick them up because they claimed they never sent them. And when she returned the clothes, they accused her of not sending back one item (which I know was in there!). Seriously, Nuuly, maybe invest in some better bags or something so things don't get lost. I'm over it and spreading the word to all my friends about how terrible this was.

Insoles
These insoles are just awful. I regret spending my money on them because they are so uncomfortable and I can't even wear them. The arch support is all wrong, and every time I try to wear them, they just hurt my feet. I'm really let down by this purchase and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone who wants good insoles.

I got signed up for some mailing list without even giving permission. Can you believe it? It was so annoying to try and unsubscribe - had to take a lot of risks to get off that thing. Ended up reporting them for breaking GDPR rules. Craziness!

Whether I'm in the store or chatting with the online returns department, the staff is always so helpful and accommodating. They really make my shopping experience a great one every time.

Overpriced purchase
I bought this thing and it cost way too much. When I wanted to return it, they said it was messed up even though it was fine when I got it. It took forever, but they eventually said they'd send me a new one. It was a complete nightmare dealing with them.
