Misleading charges
Do not order from this company, seriously! I bought some stuff, returned a few things, and now I find out they've been taking $14.95 from me every month for the last 10 months! I called their customer service, or lack thereof, on two different numbers, and all I got was a bunch of nonsense. This company is a complete scam!
Monthly subscription fee
Man, I got hit with this random charge for a monthly subscription out of nowhere, and I never even signed up for it! I tried to cancel it, but seriously, couldn't reach anyone. I even tried logging into my account, but there was no option to cancel. It was so annoying! And when I finally got through after being on hold forever, the call got dropped right at the 31-minute mark. Like, really? I had to dispute the charge with my credit card, and I just hope I don't have to go through the hassle of canceling the card and updating all my other automatic payments. So, yeah, just a heads up to anyone thinking about doing business with them - read all the fine print!
Multiple items
I just bought a bunch of stuff from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. Every time I paid them to clear my balance, they turned around and said they never got it, still saying I owed them money. It was sketchy as heck, and I ended up feeling super frustrated and let down by their crappy service.
Shoes received were wrong size
I bought some shoes from this company, but they sent me the wrong size. When I tried to return them using their label, I saw that they were going to take out $9.99 from my refund. That's more than the shoes cost! I think that's not fair at all. Because of this, I won't be shopping from them again.
Apparel purchase
I just bought some clothes from this company and I gotta say, I was super impressed with how good the quality was. Ordering was easy peasy and my stuff showed up right on time. I know some people have complained about this company, but honestly, I think most of the problems are probably with the makers of the clothes, not the sellers. Personally, I had a really good experience with AmeriMark and I'm really happy with what I bought.
Loungers purchase
I got these loungers from this company the other day and man, it was a letdown. The description online was way off and when I sent 'em back, I had to pay a return fee. And get this, I only got a little bit of my money back! What a waste. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere next time.
Unwanted membership charges
I just found out that I've been getting charged every month for a membership I never even signed up for with this company. I haven't gotten anything in return for these surprise charges, just a bunch of unauthorized fees. I did some digging online and turns out I'm not the only one dealing with this mess. There are plenty of other folks out there who have complained about getting scammed too. As someone who can tap into legal help, I'm definitely going after a full refund and reporting this shady business to the right people. This is not okay and needs to be fixed ASAP. It's really disappointing that this company is pulling a fast one on their customers like this.
Delayed order
My recent experience with this company really let me down. I ordered some stuff and had to wait for over a month for it to show up. It was so annoying not knowing what was going on with the delivery and when I tried to cancel online, it took forever to talk to someone on the phone about it. I'm definitely not going to buy from them again after all this hassle.
Unauthorized Membership Enrollment
I bought one thing from this company and somehow got signed up for their membership without me even agreeing to it. They charged my card without asking and then made it super hard for me to get my money back. It's sneaky and not right. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
Sweater return issue
I bought a sweater from your company not too long ago, but I had to bring it back because of some money problems that came up. When I took it back, they told me I couldn't get my money back because it was on clearance. Even after I explained everything, the customer service person couldn't help me out at all. So now I'm thinking about taking some legal action to try to sort this out.
Summer dresses
I always find such cute summer dresses at this store! They have so many options that suit different tastes and styles. The quality of the materials is great, they last a long time and are super comfy. I love how they pay attention to the little details in the designs, making them perfect for everyday wear.
False Advertising and Additional Fees
This company is such a scam, I'm telling you. They suck you in with these big flashy ads saying you'll get free shipping, but as soon as you enter your code, they're like 'just kidding'. And let me tell you about all these extra fees they sneak in there without you even knowing. They slap you with surcharges and priority return fees that you can't even say no to. And forget about trying to call and straighten things out, good luck with that. They take your credit card info, promise they'll fix it, and then boom, hang up on you. It's a total joke. I'm sticking to ordering my stuff on Amazon, where I don't have to deal with their shady stuff.
Clothing and accessories
I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I need to mention a problem that has been bothering me lately. Apparently, there have been some accounts opened in my name without me knowing about it. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but I can't seem to get a hold of a supervisor or get this issue sorted out. It's been really stressful and frustrating for me, as I've never had any problems like this with this company in the past. It's disappointing to see this lack of responsibility and honesty when it comes to handling their customer's accounts.
Women's clothing purchase
I just bought three different types of women's clothing from this company and I was so happy that they all fit me perfectly and were really high quality. Not only were they super comfy, but they were also so stylish and pretty. I'm so satisfied with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Shoes order canceled
I ordered a pair of shoes online, but then my order got canceled out of nowhere. So, I called customer service and they told me it was because my credit card got declined. But, when I checked with my bank, they said everything was fine with my card. So, I just went ahead and placed an order at Walmart without any issues. I'm still waiting to hear something from them, but if they can't fix it, I'm gonna have to reach out to their corporate office. I'm pretty ticked off about this whole situation.
Scam prevention
I want to thank all you folks who have taken the time to warn others about your bad experiences with this company. I've been burned a few times before, so now I always do my homework and read reviews before buying anything online. I was thinking about getting some stuff from this company, but after hearing your stories, I've changed my mind. It's really sad to see so many shady companies out there scamming American folks. We need to do something to put a stop to this and keep customers safe. Thanks again for looking out for me and keeping me from getting burned.
Transport wheelchair purchase
I bought a transport wheelchair from this company not long ago, and I gotta say, it's been a real hassle. They told me it would be delivered in 7 to 10 days, but it's been over 5 weeks since I ordered. I've tried getting in touch with customer service multiple times, but all I've gotten are excuses and delays. They won't even give me a refund, saying the item is still sitting in their warehouse after 2 weeks. It's frustrating because I really need this medically necessary item as soon as possible. They don't seem to care about their customers at all, and that's really disappointing.
Monthly memberships
As a customer, I was pretty upset when I found out that I was signed up for memberships without even knowing it. The way they talked about the "perks" and "free shipping" made it sound like it was all free, but now I see that they charged me for it. I got hit with a $14.95 fee for perks and a $19.00 fee for monthly shipping from November to now, and that definitely caught me off guard. They didn't make it clear when I bought stuff that I'd be getting charged for these extras. I went ahead and canceled those memberships and asked to stop getting text messages from them.
New clothes
I recently bought some fresh threads from this store and everything was cool until I needed to return them. I used PayPal for the return and then found out they've been sneaking money out of my PayPal every month! I tried calling their customer service lines but one was disconnected and the other one turned out to be a doctor's office! What a total scam!
Short sleeve sundresses/ patched pockets & flounced hem
They were originally made in China, fit very well, bought one in every print. When I placed an order later The shoulders & bust area were extremely large & the hip area &
pockets were very tight & could hardly hold cell phone.
I checked the label & saw that they were now made in
Bangladesh. I’m very unsatisfied, but did not return them
because I wear them daily as I am old & mostly home bound
do not like the ones with zipper or snap front.
I’ve been buying them plus a previous style which you have
discontinued for about 10 years.
I only order by phone & use credit card. I haven’t had
any problems with billing or receiving merchandise.
