First Exotica trip
We just booked our first trip through Exoticca, it's not until 5 months from now but the app and all the info on their website, along with our booking details, have really helped us get ready. There were a couple of hiccups at first when we made the reservation, but when we called in, we got in touch with a rep who guided us through the rest of the process. She was super friendly, patient, and made us feel at ease. Because of her, we're all set for a new adventure this upcoming fall.

I just bought a bunch of stuff from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. Every time I paid them to clear my balance, they turned around and said they never got it, still saying I owed them money. It was sketchy as heck, and I ended up feeling super frustrated and let down by their crappy service.

Lexani tires for my car
The Lexani tires I got from SimpleTire were awesome for my car. I liked all the choices they had on their site, and the Lexani tires ended up being just what I needed. I checked out prices at other places, and SimpleTire was the best deal by a long shot - way cheaper than other places for tires that weren't as good as Lexani. Ordering was easy, and it was nice to be able to pick them up at Fed Ex. Overall, it was a good experience and I'll definitely be back to SimpleTire next time I need tires.

Cool T-shirt
I found this really awesome T-shirt on a website and it arrived right on schedule. The price was great and it showed up exactly when they said it would. The only thing that could've been improved was acknowledging my order, but they did respond to my email pretty fast. All in all, I had a really positive experience with them!

Fake followers
I paid for some followers, but turns out they're all fake! They're obviously bots with fake profile pics. It's not even worth it because they don't really interact with your posts, they just give them likes. And it can totally mess with Instagram's algorithm and end up harming your account in the long haul.

I just bought a canvas print and there was a mistake in the first print, but the customer service rep, Michele, was amazing. She was so kind and quick to respond, going out of her way to correct the error in no time. It's great to see customer service reps who really care about their customers and can make things right. Data Science course
The Data Science course was awesome! It covered a lot of stuff and really helped me get a good grasp on being a Data Scientist. The way they presented the material made it easy to understand, even for someone like me with no background in it. The support system with mentors, community, and advisors was so helpful in making sure I stayed on track. The projects we did were super valuable and really cemented the concepts we learned. And having lifetime access to all those resources is such a cool bonus. I'm grateful for that for sure!

Food sensitivity test
I recently took this food sensitivity test and man, it was a game-changer for me! I've been dealing with stomach problems and anxiety which can make eating a real challenge. But this test pointed out which foods were causing issues for me so I can steer clear of them and start feeling better. Seriously, it's been a huge relief knowing what to avoid. Baby shower gift order
I bought a baby shower gift and then realized I messed up the delivery address right after I placed the order. I tried to reach out to customer service through chat, but got a message saying no one was available. I tried multiple times but never heard back. Eventually, the gift got sent to the wrong place, but luckily it was redirected to the correct one. The fact that there was no phone number or chat support available made me think twice about ordering again.

I can't believe it, Brightside just went ahead and sent me this invoice for back payment out of nowhere! Can you believe that? It totally messed up my plans to pay rent on time. And on top of that, no one at customer service even bothers to pick up the darn phone. I was beyond upset, honestly. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of that place!

Silly mix-ups
The people working at this store keep messing up my account and it's seriously driving me crazy! I've been trying to get things sorted out for what feels like forever, and no matter what I do, they just can't seem to get it right. I've spent countless hours emailing back and forth, and let me tell you, it's just been super stressful. Every time it looks like the problem is finally fixed, someone else jumps in and we're right back to square one. It's like a never-ending cycle of confusion and frustration. I've asked them so many times to provide me with the contact information for a manager or their legal person, but so far, no luck. Maybe they need a magic spell to get things straightened out!

A-Line Spaghetti Straps Long Prom Dress
DO NOT BUY From this company.
MISLEADING information on website: you can return BUT return DOES NOT EQUATE refund. I asked to cancel the order BEFORE it was shipped and they offered to refund the $9 dollars shipping fee (on a $150 dress) but not the dress' price because it was 120 hours after the order was placed.
They claimed they could not cancel because they had allocated fabric and labor on it but it was not a custom dress and when we ordered it said it was in stock and there were only a few left, so it did not look like they were going to do something special for our order other than take a dress in stock and ship it.
Also beware THEY CHARGE YOU THE MINUTE YOU PLACE THE ORDER, NOT WHEN IT IS SHIPPED.
I ordered on march 8th and received the dress on April 18th. The packaging was very small and had to be taped somewhere in transit because it ripped.The dress does not fit. I wear a size 2 or 4 in the USA, ordered a size 8 and it is too small at the waist.
