Transport wheelchair purchase
I bought a transport wheelchair from this company not long ago, and I gotta say, it's been a real hassle. They told me it would be delivered in 7 to 10 days, but it's been over 5 weeks since I ordered. I've tried getting in touch with customer service multiple times, but all I've gotten are excuses and delays. They won't even give me a refund, saying the item is still sitting in their warehouse after 2 weeks. It's frustrating because I really need this medically necessary item as soon as possible. They don't seem to care about their customers at all, and that's really disappointing.
Monthly memberships
As a customer, I was pretty upset when I found out that I was signed up for memberships without even knowing it. The way they talked about the "perks" and "free shipping" made it sound like it was all free, but now I see that they charged me for it. I got hit with a $14.95 fee for perks and a $19.00 fee for monthly shipping from November to now, and that definitely caught me off guard. They didn't make it clear when I bought stuff that I'd be getting charged for these extras. I went ahead and canceled those memberships and asked to stop getting text messages from them.
New clothes
I recently bought some fresh threads from this store and everything was cool until I needed to return them. I used PayPal for the return and then found out they've been sneaking money out of my PayPal every month! I tried calling their customer service lines but one was disconnected and the other one turned out to be a doctor's office! What a total scam!
5 summer dresses
received these ok. the material was not what I wanted, followed the return instructions. Well it's been a month and no word. Still waiting, phone call, no record of my return. Extremely poor service.

I have never been so upset about the way a company do business as amerimar has, first of all they don't let you know that if you order something if it's on backorder or how long it takes for you to receive that item second of all they give you a total of your price take it out of your account and you are constantly calling to see when that product is coming in third of all when you call them they all have the same script they are reading from they all say the same thing it's on backorder or we have shifted out or what is your name your address and what is your account number and they have all that in front of them while talking with you and they refuse to refund my account the first total they took out of my account was over $329 a few days later and I do me a few days later they took out more money and I didn't understand that so the total that they took out total was $467.22 and I called my bank and had them to close that account out so they said they had refunded me the money of $244 back to that account and when I asked them how could you refund something that was closed Out 3 days after I put in the order at after you took out the money and they all said the same thing oh we do not refund money only to your account well how can you refund my money and I have my bank statement I have been on the bank with my phone and amerimart are bunch of Thieves Liars and hypocrites and frauds I would not recommend this company to no one who is looking to do business online if you see this name pop up on your screen please do not click on it with the up most urgency deleted and go somewhere else because this company is very very frightening that they can take your money and not give you your products and lie constantly lie everyone has the same lie emailers telephones they just lie and they never replace your items
Your apt is too compliated..Why did u change it. Alot od your customers are older people, Why did you make it so hard to use? I wanted to order but cannot. WHY? WHY?

Cute set however a different, thinner material was used to make the pants than the jacket. You can see the difference I the (2) different materials. Cheap quality of pants will wear and wash very differently and will not hold up as long as the jacket material. It would have also been nice to have a good facing in the jacket that didn't fly up and require ironing to stay inside the zipper. A lot of extra effort for metal zipper and design....so why not make the pants from the same material vs using a cheaper, thinner and slightly off color blue?
miscellaneous
NEGATIVE - my husband was laid off and we got 2 months behind in our bills. I was told that I would be charged a late fee until the account becomes current NO MATTER how much I was willing to pay.
In otherwords, I AM PENALYZED for trying to do the right thing and make at least some payment until I get caught up.
I'll keep my $ and give it to another creditor who will work with me.Waltz length loungers and slips
I am completely fed up with this company. Despite numerous phone calls I cannot get them to STOP SENDING ME CATALOGS! While the quality of the few things I've ordered is good, and the price is even better, I cannot get the catalogs to stop! They stopped for a few weeks, but now the catalogs have started again - two more last week! Worse yet - they have now sold my address to another company so I have to get that company to TAKE MY NAME/ADDRESS OFF THEIR LIST!
I will NOT be ordering from Anthony Richards/ Amerimark again! ????Several items
Account has been paid off in full for several months. Just received a bill that is not owed. Will NEVER order from them again. Will talk to an attorney about this.
