Technical issues with streaming
I've been having a bunch of technical problems with the streaming service. On my iMac, the game keeps restarting from the beginning when I scroll using the mouse on the horizontal scroll bar. Also, if I'm watching a game that's already happened and I scroll a few minutes, it suddenly jumps to being 'live'. On Apple TV, I've noticed that even after I close a game, I can still hear the audio playing. These issues have been happening on multiple Sundays, not just once.

The company's service was really great. My order came quickly and was correct, just how I wanted it. The only reason I didn't give a perfect rating is because they forgot to include a few markers for national parks that I requested. Despite this small problem, I was still happy with what I bought. Yeah, the markers are kind of small, but I got a bunch of them and bigger ones would have made the keychains too big. All in all, I had a good shopping experience with this company.

Preordered movie on release day
I ordered a movie expecting it to be delivered on the release day, but it didn't even ship until then. Now, according to the USPS website, it's going to be at least 9 days late. I specifically chose this movie because of the promised release day delivery, but it looks like that promise was not kept. The offer on their eBay store was misleading and I ended up being charged full price. I plan to return everything and open disputes to get my money back. I don't trust their refund policy, so I might have to dispute charges after returning the items. I'll just go to a physical store tomorrow to get this movie. I thought Gruv was a good option, but I was clearly mistaken.

Mix of quality and sizing issues
While the clothes are really beautiful and well-made, the sizing situation is a huge problem. I've placed two big orders, spending over $600 each time, and both times I've had sizing issues. The first order had items that were way too small, even the made-to-measure items came in the wrong color and material. Even after showing proof of the sizing mistakes, the company refused to admit fault. The second order, which also included made-to-measure items, took over three months to arrive only to discover that the items were way too big. The customer service was not helpful at all, which was frustrating because they didn't provide any real solutions to the problems. It's unfortunate because when the clothes do fit, they are truly amazing, but the lack of accountability for sizing issues and the disappointing customer service make it difficult to recommend.

I just bought something from this online store and I gotta say, it was a bit of a letdown.
