Clothing with unique designs
I've ordered stuff from this online shop a few times now and every time the delivery has been super fast, usually no longer than 2 weeks. The quality of the items is always top-notch and they always fit me perfectly. But what really makes this store stand out is the wide range of styles they have - it's not your usual stuff you see in regular stores. I especially like how they have my size (UK 10/12) spot on. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

Preordered movie on release day
I ordered a movie expecting it to be delivered on the release day, but it didn't even ship until then. Now, according to the USPS website, it's going to be at least 9 days late. I specifically chose this movie because of the promised release day delivery, but it looks like that promise was not kept. The offer on their eBay store was misleading and I ended up being charged full price. I plan to return everything and open disputes to get my money back. I don't trust their refund policy, so I might have to dispute charges after returning the items. I'll just go to a physical store tomorrow to get this movie. I thought Gruv was a good option, but I was clearly mistaken.

I bought a smartwatch from this website, but got a used one instead of a brand new one. And to make matters worse, the delivery guy wouldn't take it back when I tried to return it. When I talked to customer service, they were no help at all and I ended up losing my money. Dealing with this scam was so frustrating.

Tickets were fake
I recently bought tickets from this company and, man, it was a total bust. They ended up being fake, so when my husband and son went to the concert, they couldn't even get in. It was my son's first time going to a concert, so you can imagine how bummed we all were. Dealing with the whole mess afterward was a pain, and we were basically told we could only get a refund after the venue confirmed the tickets were bogus. It was a massive letdown and just a big headache that could've been avoided with some better ticket checks.

Mix of quality and sizing issues
While the clothes are really beautiful and well-made, the sizing situation is a huge problem. I've placed two big orders, spending over $600 each time, and both times I've had sizing issues. The first order had items that were way too small, even the made-to-measure items came in the wrong color and material. Even after showing proof of the sizing mistakes, the company refused to admit fault. The second order, which also included made-to-measure items, took over three months to arrive only to discover that the items were way too big. The customer service was not helpful at all, which was frustrating because they didn't provide any real solutions to the problems. It's unfortunate because when the clothes do fit, they are truly amazing, but the lack of accountability for sizing issues and the disappointing customer service make it difficult to recommend.

I reached out to customer service over a week ago and I haven't heard anything back yet. And when I tried to post a negative review, it somehow vanished into thin air. Seems like they're pulling some shady business moves if you ask me!

I recently bought a custom golf club from an online store, and the ordering part was easy peasy. But things got a little rocky when it came to delivery and customer service. I tried reaching out to speed up the delivery process, but didn't hear back for a while. It wasn't until after a long wait time and talking to a stressed-out customer service rep that I got some clarity. To be honest, the whole thing was a bit disappointing compared to my past experiences when the store was in Massachusetts.

Pair of boots
Don't buy from this company! I ordered some boots for my daughter as a gift and it took them 12 whole days just to ship the darn things. I tried to cancel and get a refund since they weren't gonna make it in time for her visit and birthday, but they didn't get back to me until after the boots were already on their way. And now they're final sale with no returns or refunds, even though they didn't say that when I bought them. Terrible customer service and shady stuff going on.

The concept behind this membership service is really great - being able to see a primary care doctor without waiting forever is awesome. But when it comes down to it, it just doesn't measure up. Dealing with the care team to get basic stuff like prescriptions or appointment reminders is a hassle. They don't have much availability, and they're hesitant to give out important meds even in emergencies. I needed a strep test once, but they couldn't fit me in and I had to go somewhere else. All in all, the red tape and lack of open slots make it not worth the money.

Ryan over at customer service was awesome. He fixed up the problem with the bundle I bought super quick. Later on, I figured out that the Black Friday bundle actually came with 5 more reports for the same price, and I felt kinda cheated. But when I mentioned it, Ryan didn't hesitate to give me those extra reports. He was really polite and respectful the whole time, which ended up making me feel pretty good about what I bought.

My recent purchase
I just bought something from this online store and I gotta say, it was a bit of a letdown. I got an email saying my order was confirmed with a tracking number, but when I tried to check the status, the link didn't work. After shooting an email to customer service, it took a couple days to get a response with a new tracking number. But surprise, surprise - the new link didn't work either! It was super frustrating not knowing where my package was and having to wait so long for a response. I really hope they step up their game on this front in the future.

Hey, I got this software for my stores and everything was going smoothly until my payment didn't go through and they turned off my pro features. I sorted out the payment issue immediately but they still haven't turned my features back on. Now I've been shelling out tons of cash for nothing. Seriously, that's not cool at all!
