Ordered 2 tickets, lots of fees
I bought 2 tickets and when I went to pay, they tacked on a bunch of extra fees. Can you believe that? The fees were so high that one time they were even more than what the tickets cost! I bit the bullet and paid up, but it's been almost a month now and I still haven't gotten those tickets. Every time I ask, they just keep saying the digital tickets are still not available.
Nutcracker ticket purchase
I just bought tickets for The Nutcracker from this company and it was such a nightmare. Thought I was scoring a sweet deal but then got hit with a sneaky $37 service fee. Felt totally scammed and now I'm kicking myself for trusting this site. And on top of that, they made it seem like they were the official venue site, which was super misleading. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of buying tickets from here - seems like a shady setup.
Tickets for a postponed show due to COVID-19
I bought tickets for a show that got postponed because of COVID-19, and man, I gotta say, the company's customer service was a real letdown. Even though they promised a full refund, they wouldn't give me my money back for the tickets I bought. It really ticked me off and made me feel like they were just feeding me a load of lies. Folks need to know that this company doesn't back up their guarantee when push comes to shove. I found this site while looking into a Ticket Liquidator class action, and it just solidified my doubts about their honesty.
OSU game tickets
I just bought tickets for an OSU game from this company, thinking we'd have a blast with my family. But man, was I let down by the seats we ended up with. We got stuck way up in section 3B, row 18, and I could barely see a thing on the field or the scoreboard, even though I shelled out $551.70 for these tickets. I go to a lot of games and I'm picky about where I sit, but these seats were hands down the worst I've ever had.
Motley Crue, Poison, and Def Leppard concert tickets
I bought tickets for the Motley Crue, Poison, and Def Leppard concert on this site in 2019. But when I got to the show, they said my tickets were fake, so I had to buy new ones at the box office. Tickets were fake
I recently bought tickets from this company and, man, it was a total bust. They ended up being fake, so when my husband and son went to the concert, they couldn't even get in. It was my son's first time going to a concert, so you can imagine how bummed we all were. Dealing with the whole mess afterward was a pain, and we were basically told we could only get a refund after the venue confirmed the tickets were bogus. It was a massive letdown and just a big headache that could've been avoided with some better ticket checks.
Front row seats disappointment
I still can't believe how awful my "front row" seats were at that show. The speakers blocked almost the whole stage! It felt like they were trying to fool us into thinking we had amazing seats when actually, the view was terrible. When I asked for a refund, they only returned a small portion of what I paid. So not cool! I had to dispute it with my credit card company because I felt so swindled. They really should be honest about obstructed views instead of trying to trick customers like that.

Great performance, Parking issues
The performance was amazing, I mean, I was seriously blown away by the talent and energy those performers had on stage. But let me tell you, my whole experience got kinda messed up because of the parking situation. Being disabled, I needed to park super close to the venue, you know? But man, the lack of clear signs and easy access was a real letdown. I had to trek quite a ways to the entrance, which was tough for me with my asthma. And to top it off, they didn't even let us park in the handicapped section because of street closures. It just left me feeling all kinds of frustrated and discriminated against. Even with how awesome the show was, I'm not sure I'd go again unless they fix up that whole parking mess.
Obstructed view tickets
I bought these tickets thinking I'd have a good view, but turns out it was obstructed and nobody told me. The folks at this ticket place use some kind of system to handle tickets, but it seems like they're not on the same page. I got the wrong info about the tickets being mailed to me, so I switched it to my hotel, but they still sent it to my house way late. The tickets had a terrible view that they didn't mention when I bought them.

What a nightmare dealing with this company. I bought tickets to see the Black Pumas in Seattle, but the show got canceled because of a Covid scare. I tried contacting their "Priority Customer Support Team," but kept getting the runaround from different people. Their "100% money-back guarantee" was nowhere to be found. Ticket Liquidator, you've lost me as a customer forever with your awful customer service and lack of understanding. Give me my money back now!
Bought fake tickets
I can't believe how terrible this company is! I bought tickets from them and they ended up being fake. I lost a ton of money because of them! And to make things even worse, they won't even own up to selling me those bogus tickets. This is the second time this has happened with them, and you better believe I won't be giving them any more of my business. Avoid this company at all costs!
Selling tickets was a nightmare
Selling tickets through that place was a total disaster. They didn't even bother to tell me that my listing got removed for a whole week! And when I finally found out, I only had 2 days left to sell them. Of course, no one ended up buying them. It was so frustrating!
Keith Urban tickets, overpriced, predatory
My experience with this company was really disappointing and frustrating, ya know? So, my mom, who's almost 70 years old, wanted to buy tickets to see Keith Urban in Ottawa. She googled "Keith Urban Ottawa" and accidentally ended up on this company's website. The tickets she wanted, which were supposed to be around $100 each, ended up costing over $300 for two tickets once they added all these hidden fees and surcharges. And get this, they were charging us in US funds, so the total bill was even higher.<br><br> So, when we called to ask for a refund, they were pretty cold and said it was company policy and that there was nothing they could do about it. The whole thing just left a bad taste in our mouths, feeling like they totally took advantage of us and basically scammed us, ya know?<br><br> In the end, I think this company's practices are straight-up predatory and prey on unsuspecting customers, especially those who might not be too savvy with buying tickets online. It's really disappointing that my mom, who just wanted to do something nice for me, was treated so disrespectfully and unfairly. We're looking into what our legal and consumer rights are to deal with this issue.
Last-minute ticket purchase
I recently bought some last-minute tickets through this service, and it was kind of a bummer. I thought I'd get them way before the event, but when I got my tracking number, I saw they wouldn't arrive until just two hours before it started. That's when I had to dish out extra cash to make sure I got them on time, which I wasn't too happy about. I am big fan of concert , however, i wanted to try new concerts but tickets are always pain to buy
