I just bought something from this store and I was really impressed. The prices were great and my order came super quick. I placed the order over Labor Day weekend and it was confirmed in just a few days. They sent it out right away and I got it only two days later. If you're into horses and need good stuff for a good price, this is the place to go!

Motley Crue, Poison, and Def Leppard concert tickets
I bought tickets for the Motley Crue, Poison, and Def Leppard concert on this site in 2019. But when I got to the show, they said my tickets were fake, so I had to buy new ones at the box office. It was a huge pain and I wasted a bunch of money. And when I tried to call customer service, I was stuck on hold forever, so I just gave up. I'd suggest being careful about buying tickets on this platform to others.

I gotta tell you, buying clothes online was a big ol' mistake. This company I ordered from totally ripped me off, didn't even send my stuff! I mean, come on! I tried reaching out, but they just ignored me. No phone number or nothing! I used gift cards too, so I'm out of luck getting my cash back. Total scam, folks. Stay far away!

Loyalty points changes
I've been loyal to this company for a while and love using the points I earn. But, I just realized they've made a change to their loyalty program. Now there's a yearly limit on points you can earn. It's frustrating that they didn't let us know about this beforehand. Took me a few clicks to find out. As a regular customer, I think this lack of transparency is really disappointing in terms of customer service.

Rolling backpack with California cancer warning
So I bought this rolling backpack and it had a California cancer warning label on it, which was not mentioned on the website when I bought it. I tried to ask customer service about which part of the bag had DEHP and how much, but they never got back to me. When I tried to write a review sharing my worries, they said it didn't fit their guidelines. High Sierra didn't provide all the info I needed, ignored my questions, and only wants good reviews. This was my first and final time buying from them, and I'm going to make sure my friends know about their lack of info and bad customer service.

Terrible product, terrible company. Can't take any negative reviews, and constantly deletes any comment that isn't positive for their brand. Product was purchased less than a year and there was already a lot of tarnishing and magnet ripped right off the bag. Sad because there was a lot of potential, but customer service proves they don't really care about anything except money at the end of the day.
