    I would probably give them like half a star if I could. Their customer service is just awful - waited around for 3 days just to get a return label, sent 4 emails and got no response. Couldn't even find a phone number to call for help. Definitely not planning on buying anything from them again. I used to always shop in their store, but this online experience was just a letdown and super irritating.

    Oh my gosh, this company is seriously the worst! I ordered the cutest dress online, but it never showed up! And when I asked for my money back, they were just like "nope, sorry." It's so not cool, all I wanted was a refund for the dress I never received. Ugh, it's beyond frustrating!

    I've been a loyal customer for years and always happy with my purchases from this store. But my recent experience trying to return two items has really disappointed me. I finally got a return label, but the tracking info says they haven't received the items and I haven't gotten my credit. I've emailed customer service multiple times, but all I get are automated responses that don't help. I can't cancel the part of my order that never came, and the website's virtual assistant can't connect me to a real person. I'm so frustrated with this brand for not helping me and not fixing the problem.

    I recently ordered some replacement jeans online because I already bought a pair in the store. But when I got them, I was pretty disappointed with how they looked and how they fit.     I had a really bad experience with this store. I thought I could order the stuff I wanted, but turns out they didn't actually have it in stock. It's been two weeks since I ordered, and now the items aren't even on their website anymore.     I had the worst customer service experience at this online store recently. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for like three months now, but even though they said it was canceled, they keep charging my card. It's just so frustrating and shady.     I bought some clothes recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by about 60% of them. The fabric was terrible on some and they didn't even fit right. So, I tried to return one that didn't fit, still had the tags on and everything, but they told me all I could get was store credit, not my money back on my card. That's just not cool and honestly makes me think twice about sticking with this brand.

    I'm so frustrated with Dressbarn, it's a total rip-off! I ordered some stuff weeks ago and still haven't received it. I've been trying to reach out to them multiple times, but they never respond. It feels like they just took my money and vanished. I want a refund, not just store credit. To top it off, some items I ordered aren't even available on the website now.     Cheap clothing, refund issue, communication problem

    The clothes I bought were really bad quality and looked like they were made cheaply. So when I tried to return them during the right time, the company totally wouldn't give me my money back. It was super annoying trying to talk to them because I had to spend forever looking up how to get help online. Finally, after a ton of work, I was able to chat with a customer service person. They were nice and all, but the whole thing was just such a pain. Plus, the stuff I got was all fake polyester material, not what I was hoping for at all.

    I bought two tops at this store, same style but different colors. Unfortunately, one of them was too small. When I reached out to customer service, they said I could return it, but I'd have to pay for shipping and would only get store credit.     Dressbarn nightmare

    So, I messed up by ordering from this company and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. If only I had checked the reviews beforehand, I could've avoided all this trouble. The lies that their employees tell make me sick, and it's just wrong that they can treat customers like this. I'm telling you, stay far away from this company and any other ones owned by Retail Ecommerce Ventures. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
