I was really nervous about buying things online because you never know if they'll turn out good or not. But let me tell you, this table we purchased is amazing. Initially, my mom had some trouble with her card, but after contacting the company, everything turned out fine. The table arrived on time and the packaging was great. It took a while to assemble, about 2 1/2 hours, but it was worth it because it looks so nice. As older folks, it was a bit of a struggle to lift, but it's definitely worth it. Oh my gosh, I am so frustrated with this store's customer service! I ordered a piece of jewelry and they ended up sending me the wrong one. Can you believe it? And to top it off, they didn't even offer to cover the cost of return shipping. I had to ship it all the way back to the UK and it ended up costing me almost as much as the actual piece did. Ugh!

Brewer's fitting purchase
I was pretty let down by my order from Dernord. The fittings I got were not as good as I hoped, and a few were even messed up when they arrived. I tried getting in touch with customer service to fix it, but they took a while to respond. And when they finally did, they weren't very helpful in fixing the problem. Dealing with the poor communication and support was really frustrating.
