Matching family clothing
I really enjoy shopping at this store because they have the most adorable matching family outfits! I just got a set for me, my folks, and my little sis for our family pictures, and we all looked super awesome! The clothes are really nice quality, and they offer so many cute designs to pick from. I do wish they had more options for teenagers like myself, but all in all, I'm really pleased with what I bought!

I was really disappointed with the snacks I got from that place. They were bland and didn't do anything to help me lose weight. I've been shopping at The Tot for a while now, getting stuff for my kids and even using their gift registry service in the past. But, I ordered something back in July and it still hasn't shown up. It was already a bummer that the gift registry feature disappeared with no heads up, but now there's warehouse problems delaying my order too. I emailed them about it and they explained the situation, but the lack of communication and slow problem-solving has me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I used to love The Tot for its safe and dependable kids' stuff, but now I'm not sure if I should keep shopping there.

I was pretty let down by my order from Dernord. The fittings I got were not as good as I hoped, and a few were even messed up when they arrived. I tried getting in touch with customer service to fix it, but they took a while to respond. And when they finally did, they weren't very helpful in fixing the problem. Dealing with the poor communication and support was really frustrating.

Incorrect item received, racist experience at NYC store
I just gotta say, I had a pretty rough time dealing with your company as a customer. I ordered a certain jacket for my wife, but got sent a totally different coat. When we tried to return it at your NYC store, we were met with some serious hostility, accusations, and even a racist encounter from this employee named SHERI. We gave all the info and showed proof of purchase, but still got treated like we were trying to scam the place. The whole situation was super unprofessional and disrespectful. It's really disappointing to see that kind of behavior from a company like yours with such a good rep.
