Kirk is really friendly and easy to talk to, which made the lessons fun and effective. I can't wait to keep working with him and get even better at tennis. Shoes in the wrong color
In my experience, getting something in the wrong color is definitely a good reason to ask for your money back. I had this happen to me on Poshmark not too long ago, and the customer service person said no to my refund because they thought color was subjective. I didn't get it, that response just made me confused and mad. I think when you order something and it shows up in a different color than what was advertised, that's a mistake on the seller's part. Customer service should listen to valid complaints to keep customers happy and trusting them.

I got this GPS pet tracker from Whistle, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. It kept messing up and not showing the right location for my pet, which really stressed me out. Even after setting up a secure fence, the tracker just couldn't get it together to give me the right info on where my pet was. It's just not cool and now I'm not so sure about Whistle's products.

China trip disaster
My family and I went to China in July. We kept getting emails saying everything was good to go, but when we finally arrived in Shenzhen, there was nobody there to pick us up! Picture being exhausted from a 15-hour flight, with two kids, in a foreign country, and no one to assist you. We attempted to call and email, but nobody responded. And even after we returned home, no one bothered to reply to my messages. It seemed like they just took our money and vanished!

I picked up this dress for my cousin's wedding and it was really adorable, but the sizing was a bit off. It felt snug around my chest but kept slipping off my hips - kind of strange! It was like the dress couldn't make up its mind if it wanted to be tight or loose. I ended up returning it and Veronica was so helpful. She was super friendly and made the whole process simple and easy. I might consider giving this store another chance if they have more cute clothes like that dress.

Two Tops Purchase
I bought two tops at this store, same style but different colors. Unfortunately, one of them was too small. When I reached out to customer service, they said I could return it, but I'd have to pay for shipping and would only get store credit. This policy is not cool at all because it means all sales are final and you can't get a refund. I've been a customer for a long time, but this situation has made me not want to shop here anymore.
