Bedroom furniture purchase
I bought some bedroom furniture at that store not too long ago and I have to say, it was a good experience. The salespeople were super helpful and walked me through everything. They really knew their stuff about the items I was looking at and made it simple to pick out what I wanted. Plus, they made sure to find any discounts that I could use, which was awesome. Overall, it was a really nice shopping trip.
Outdoor furniture purchase
I just bought some outdoor furniture from this store and have to say, it was a really nice experience all around. The sales team was super friendly and really knew their stuff. They were so helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted without being pushy at all.
Wrong delivery address, added installation and removal services
Oops, I made a goof and sent my order to the wrong address by mistake. The folks at customer service were really awesome and helped me out. They corrected the address and even added installation and removal services that I forgot to ask for. They were so friendly and made sure I knew what was going on. I'm happy I called right away to sort out my error!
LG refrigerator and small chest freezer
Buying our LG refrigerator and small chest freezer from RC Willey was awesome. We did our homework, checked out other stores, and RCW had the best deals. The salesperson we dealt with knew their stuff and was super helpful. They didn't rush us, answered all our questions, and gave us the info we needed. It made buying these appliances way easier and fun. We're really satisfied with our purchase and the service we got at RC Willey.

Living room furniture purchase
I was pretty bummed out about my recent trip to the store. The sales folks were nice and all, but when I inquired about a sale price, I wasn't too thrilled with the answer I got. I mentioned that another store was selling the same furniture set from the same company at a lower price, but they didn't seem to care much and just suggested we go there instead for a better deal. It was kind of off-putting how they didn't seem to want to help us out or address our concerns. My husband and I were not impressed, so we've decided we won't be going back to that store anytime soon.
New Bed
When my husband and I finally decided to get a new bed after 24 years, we were totally overwhelmed by all the choices out there. But when we walked into the store, we lucked out by having Christopher Aguirre as our salesperson. Right from the start, he seemed super knowledgeable and really cared about helping us find the perfect bed. He took the time to answer all of our questions, gave us lots of details on different options, and walked us through everything. Christopher made us feel totally at ease and confident in our choice, which was really important to us for such a big purchase. Overall, our experience with him went beyond what we expected, and we're so thankful for his expertise and help.
Red couch delivery
The delivery guys were great! They sent a text when they were on the way, were really nice even though I was in a bad mood, and made sure my red couch was brought inside safely. I was so impressed by their service - thank you!
New mattress purchase
I splurged on a really pricey mattress, but it ended up not being good for me and my family. When we tried to take it back to the store, they only allowed exchanges, no refunds. And on top of that, they didn't have many alternatives available, so we were basically stuck with whatever they had in store. If the replacement mattress doesn't work out, we're in trouble. The manager mentioned there could be a possibility of a refund, but there would be a hefty fee attached. Seriously, that doesn't seem right – a mattress is a significant purchase, we should have the option to return it if it doesn't suit our needs.
Living and dining room furniture
My partner and I recently moved to Idaho and needed new furniture for our living and dining rooms. We decided to see what RC Willey had to offer and we were really impressed with the customer service. The salesman we talked to spent a good three hours helping us explore all our options and find just what we needed. He knew his stuff and didn't pressure us at all. The whole shopping trip was easy and stress-free, and we left feeling good about our choices. All in all, we were super happy with our experience at RC Willey.
Large selection of products
The selection of stuff they have at this store is really something else. Furniture, appliances, electronics - you name it, they got it for your home. And the cool thing is, they stock high-quality brands at prices that won't break the bank, so it's super simple to grab exactly what you want without draining your wallet.
Furniture and appliances
I had such a great time at that store! Jamie over in furniture was so friendly, and Dan Walker, who I think runs the place, was really top-notch. Jason in flooring did a fantastic job, and Mike Monson and Jerrod Cheney over in appliances were just the best. It's nice to find such helpful and welcoming folks working in a store these days. If only there were more people like them out there in the world!
Online purchase delay
I bought something online and was initially told I could grab it the next day, but then found out it would take 3 days to get to me. Luckily, the customer service person located the item in a nearby warehouse and took care of my order right then and there, which was a huge relief.
Online ordering experience
I had a frustrating experience with the online ordering system. My first order didn't go through smoothly so I had to reach out to customer service for help. On top of that, the delivery time for my item from SLC to my local store took way longer than I anticipated. It would've been quicker for me to just pick it up myself.
Knickerbocker Embrace bed frame and Huey bed board
The people working at the store were so friendly and helpful. They made sure I had all the pieces I needed to set up my new bed frame and board. Putting everything together was a breeze with their assistance. I'm thrilled with how great my new bed looks in my room - it's both stylish and comfy. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I went to this store thinking I was just gonna buy a new sofa, but guess what? I left with a bed and outdoor furniture instead! Can you believe it? It was like a spontaneous shopping spree, totally unexpected. This store in Roseville was amazing, we got some great ideas for the sofa but somehow ended up with totally different stuff. It's crazy how things just fell into place and now our living room feels like a comfy bedroom getaway. The delivery was flawless, everything is just right!
Couch purchase
I had a really good experience with this company! I got a couch from them and the whole process of ordering it was super easy, plus their customer service was excellent. They were able to fix a problem I had with the couch without any trouble. I was really impressed with how fast they took care of everything. The price was fair and the delivery was right on time. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and the service I got from this company.
Furniture purchase
I had a pretty bad experience at RC Willey. The customer service there wasn't great, to put it mildly. It felt like they didn't really care about my concerns and kind of just blew me off when I tried to talk about problems with my purchase. The employees seemed like they didn't care and weren't very helpful, which left me feeling annoyed and like they weren't even listening to me. I thought I'd get better treatment from a company that brags about their customer service, but sadly, that wasn't the case.
Couch for daughter
I got a couch from this store for my daughter in Idaho. I called in advance to make sure she could grab it for me, and they were super friendly and helpful. The pickup was easy peasy and I'm really pleased with the service!
