Cooktop purchase
The service at R C Willey was really good. Hi Dang helped us out a lot with our account. But, I gotta be honest, the Bosch cooktop we bought hasn't been great. It works fine, but the burners are too high. My wife keeps burning her arm on the edge of the pan when she stirs. She got four burns in one night - not cool. Also, when it was installed, they forgot to put in the new gas line. So they had to come back another day to finish the job. It was a pain. We would've preferred to get the Thermador cooktop for an extra $900. It would've been a better fit for us. But we couldn't find a granite cutter to make the opening bigger. That was a letdown. Maybe R C Willey should think about hiring a granite cutter in the future to avoid these issues for other customers.
New washing machine purchase
I recently picked up a new washing machine from this store and let me tell you, it was a great experience. The guy who helped me out really knew his stuff and was super friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The price was right in line with other stores, plus I was able to get zero-interest financing for a year which was a huge help for my budget. The delivery crew was top-notch too - they were quick, polite, and even showed me how everything worked before they left. And the Blue Rewards program that gave me an extended warranty was a nice bonus, it really showed me that they care about their customers.
Refrigerator
I recently had a great experience at RC Willey, all thanks to the amazing customer service from my salesperson. Bob Pearson really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He knew a lot about the products and helped me pick out the perfect refrigerator. Bob was really attentive to all my questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really liked how professional and dedicated he was to making sure I was satisfied. The fridge I bought is top-notch and exactly what I wanted. Overall, I'm super happy with my time at RC Willey.
bed and outdoor furniture
I went to this store thinking I was just gonna buy a new sofa, but guess what? I left with a bed and outdoor furniture instead! Can you believe it? It was like a spontaneous shopping spree, totally unexpected. This store in Roseville was amazing, we got some great ideas for the sofa but somehow ended up with totally different stuff. It's crazy how things just fell into place and now our living room feels like a comfy bedroom getaway. The delivery was flawless, everything is just right!
Large selection of products
The selection of stuff they have at this store is really something else. Furniture, appliances, electronics - you name it, they got it for your home. And the cool thing is, they stock high-quality brands at prices that won't break the bank, so it's super simple to grab exactly what you want without draining your wallet.
Furniture and appliances
I had such a great time at that store! Jamie over in furniture was so friendly, and Dan Walker, who I think runs the place, was really top-notch. Jason in flooring did a fantastic job, and Mike Monson and Jerrod Cheney over in appliances were just the best. It's nice to find such helpful and welcoming folks working in a store these days. If only there were more people like them out there in the world!
Kitchen appliance package
I just got this whole kitchen appliance set online and let me tell you, the whole process was smooth sailing. I didn't have any trouble ordering it and I even managed to cash in my rewards at the same time. Also, big shoutout to this guy Bob Pearson from the appliance department. He really knew his stuff and steered me in the right direction for my kitchen needs. Now that I've made my choice with Bob's help, I can't wait to get these new appliances in my kitchen!
Couch for daughter
I got a couch from this store for my daughter in Idaho. I called in advance to make sure she could grab it for me, and they were super friendly and helpful. The pickup was easy peasy and I'm really pleased with the service!
