I was super pumped to order my own custom t-shirt from this place, but let me tell you, I was totally let down! The design was way off, the colors didn't look right, and the fabric felt really cheap. I was expecting much better quality considering how much I shelled out for it. Definitely not living up to all the buzz.

Full refund from delayed order
After waiting over two months, I still hadn't gotten the item I ordered. According to the tracking, my package had been stuck somewhere. I decided to ask for a refund, and to my surprise, they gave me back all my money on PayPal. When you order from Chinese companies, you gotta be ready for anything. I was ready for a late delivery or a broken item, but I wasn't expecting a full refund. It was a nice surprise. My advice is to use PayPal for that extra layer of security.

One route ticket purchase
The tickets for that one route were so pricey! I had a hard time locating the bus stop on Regents Street which made me lose a ton of time. The live commentary was pretty good for the most part, but the new commentator had trouble speaking clearly and was tough to understand when we switched buses.

Unauthorized charges
I just found out that there were some sketchy charges on my credit card, adding up to over $400 for subscriptions that I never even agreed to. I went through all my emails and couldn't find anything about signing up for this company. So, I reported it as fraud, reported the company, and had to get a new card from the bank to stop any more sneaky transactions. It's obvious that this website is up to no good and should be shut down ASAP.

Carmel Corn
I really love the Carmel Corn from this place! It's the only flavor I've tried so far, but I'm excited to try the Cheese popcorn. Unfortunately, I have to order online since there aren't any nearby stores that sell it. The shipping fees are a little pricey, so I end up buying extra just to get free shipping. Luckily, my friends are always willing to take some of the extra popcorn. It would be easier if they offered the option to have the popcorn come in bags instead of cones.

Gold buckle belt
I bought this really nice gold buckle belt from this brand, but it broke after just a few times wearing it. Even though it was pretty expensive, the quality was a letdown. So, I emailed customer service to see about getting it replaced or fixed, but their response was super disappointing. They basically brushed me off and didn't help at all. It sucks when you spend a lot on something fancy and it doesn't hold up, and then the customer service isn't helpful either.
