Ordered boots, didn't get them
I bought some boots back in December, but it's now March and still no sign of those boots! The customer service is terrible - no one ever answers the phone or responds to emails. The tracking info says the boots haven't even been shipped yet. Thank goodness for Afterpay! They helped me get my money back. I'm over this store, especially since my last order took 6 weeks to arrive.

Attempted purchase from Canada to a US address
How difficult is it to order something from Canada and have it delivered to a US address? It's really tough. Even though the website is supposed to be Canada-friendly, whenever I try to add items to my cart from a Canadian IP address, I get an instant error. If I use a US VPN address, I can add items to my cart, but then I get a weird error message saying "This Field is Required" during the checkout process, even though there are no empty fields to fill in. And don't even think about using PayPal as a backup payment method - they don't accept it. It seems like this website has a monopoly on a certain brand, which makes it really hard to shop anywhere else. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience.

Lingerie set
My time at this store was so annoying. I ordered a lingerie set last week, and Evri, the delivery company, has been sitting on my package since Tuesday without even trying to deliver it. I tried emailing and tweeting at them, but got no response. It took me four days of trying before I finally got a hold of someone named Rebecca through online chat, and she was able to help me out.

Yeah, so I ordered this really cool thing but it ended up getting lost in delivery. I reached out to them and they sent me another one really quickly, and it got here in just a few days! Their customer service is awesome!

Charcoal wool loafer jacket
I just got this great charcoal wool loafer jacket from the store and honestly, it's amazing. The quality is top-notch, with really nice, soft material and a cozy lining. It's perfect for lounging at home in the winter or rocking as a cool fall city jacket. I was a little unsure about buying it at first because of some mixed reviews and the price, but it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I even compared it to a similar jacket from a big brand that cost way more. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase and definitely think others should check it out too.
