Attempted purchase from Canada to a US address
How difficult is it to order something from Canada and have it delivered to a US address? It's really tough. Even though the website is supposed to be Canada-friendly, whenever I try to add items to my cart from a Canadian IP address, I get an instant error. If I use a US VPN address, I can add items to my cart, but then I get a weird error message saying "This Field is Required" during the checkout process, even though there are no empty fields to fill in. And don't even think about using PayPal as a backup payment method - they don't accept it. It seems like this website has a monopoly on a certain brand, which makes it really hard to shop anywhere else. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience.
Online shoe order
I wanted to share my recent experience with an online purchase I made. So, I ordered a pair of shoes from this store, right? But when my package arrived, I opened it up and guess what? Instead of the shoes, there were sweatpants inside. Not cool. I reached out to customer service right away to let them know about the mix-up. After a bit of back and forth, they said they'd swap out the sweatpants for the shoes I actually wanted. The only thing was, those shoes were sold out. I agreed to go for a slightly pricier pair instead, but then, surprise, those shoes were also out of stock. Man, talk about frustrating! It felt like the company was pretty disorganized and wasn't great at keeping me in the loop. I appreciate their effort to fix things, but overall, I was left pretty disappointed with the whole ordeal.
Fake shoe purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes from this store and it turns out they were fake. At first, I thought the weight of the shoes was just part of the style, but after wearing them a few times, it was clear they weren't the real deal. To make things worse, I ended up hurting my foot because the shoes were so heavy. When I saw the same shoes at the actual brand's store, I knew for sure they were counterfeit. When I reached out to customer service at the store, they didn't even apologize; instead, they told me to contact the manufacturer. The whole situation was really disappointing, and I definitely won't be shopping there again. This kind of deceitful behavior needs to be called out so other customers don't get fooled like I did.
Online order return fee
I just bought something online from this place and was really surprised to see they tack on a $6.99 fee for returns. Can you believe that? I get that some places make you pay for return shipping, but charging a fee just to send something back is crazy. How can they get away with that in today's cutthroat retail world? When I shop online, I expect a certain level of service and ease, and this policy totally misses the mark. Needless to say, I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on.
Limited edition sneakers
I snagged these sick limited edition sneakers from here, but then the postal service totally dropped the ball and they never showed up. I reached out to customer service, but they were completely useless. Such a frustrating experience!
Unfulfilled order experience
I was really let down by this company. I ordered something that never even got shipped out, and when I asked about it after getting a delay email, they basically told me tough luck because I waited too long to follow up. I felt like they didn't care about me or my situation at all. I was planning to give that item as a Christmas present, but instead, I ended up with nothing but disappointment and a hole in my wallet. Overall, it was a big letdown.
Adidas pants purchase
I ordered some pants from Champs Sports online and it was a total disaster. My husband tried them on real quick, but they didn't fit right. I sent them back right away, but then they came back to me 8 days later saying they couldn't take them back because they were 'worn'. They went on about finding 'skin cells' on the pants, which I thought was just ridiculous - like they were inspecting them with a magnifying glass or something!
Basketball shoes and a basketball jersey
My trip to Champs Sports was pretty good, except for one big problem. They had a wide range of basketball shoes and jerseys available, so it was easy for me to find what I needed. The store was really clean and organized, making my shopping experience smooth. However, the customer service could've been better. The staff knew their stuff, but some of them lacked professionalism. One employee, in particular, was rude and made me feel unwelcome. Still, I was able to buy what I needed and get out of there fast. The prices were reasonable for what they were selling.
Online order experience
I bought something from this company online not too long ago, and man, it was such a letdown. I placed my order, and boom, my card was charged right away. But then instead of getting a confirmation email, I got hit with one saying my order got cancelled. And get this - they told me not to even bother reaching out to customer service because they wouldn't know what was up. And on top of all that, they had the nerve to say my card wasn't gonna get charged, which obviously wasn't true. Still haven't seen that refund come through. Frustrating, right?
Shoes and athletic wear
I just bought some shoes and workout gear from this store, and man, let me tell ya, the online buying experience was a letdown. They didn't give me a heads up about the holds being put on my account, so I got hit with extra charges I wasn't expecting. When I called customer service, they told me that this info is buried on some random page instead of being upfront when you're shopping or checking out. That lack of transparency is sketchy and makes me feel like they're trying to pull a fast one on their customers.
Oversized gym shorts
I just bought some gym shorts from this store thinking they'd fit, but when I tried them on at home, they were way too big. I sent them back through UPS for a refund like they said, but even though they got the shorts back quickly, it took them a whole month to give me my money. I had to call customer service way too many times to finally get my refund.
Running shoes
I just got some new running shoes from Champs Sports and I gotta say, the people working there really knew their stuff. The store was super organized, so I had no trouble finding the exact pair I wanted. The staff also answered all my questions and gave me a lot of info about the different shoes, which made it easy for me to choose the best one. All in all, the customer service was great and I'm happy with my new purchase.
$226 shoes
I bought these shoes for $226 from this store. The site said they'd ship right away and they charged my card right then. Champs Sports said they delivered them on May 5th, but I never got them. My security cameras show no delivery. I tried to contact customer service with no luck, so now I have to file a claim with my bank. Should've just bought them straight from the brand and saved 10 bucks.
Sneakers
I had a really bad time at this store. The customer service was just terrible. When I had a problem with my order, they didn't help at all and actually gave me attitude when I tried to come up with solutions. Instead of owning up to it, they blamed the carrier, even though they were the ones who picked the carrier to begin with.
Shoes
I went to Champs Sports to buy some shoes, but I was so disappointed with their customer service. I had to return the shoes I bought and asked for a refund. But instead of giving me my money back right away, they took forever to put it back on my card. I was shocked to find out later that Champs Sports is affiliated with Footlocker, where I ended up buying another pair of shoes. How did these two companies not realize I had already bought something through their affiliate? This miscommunication caused my bank account to get hit with an overdraft fee because they charged my card again without telling me. It's just not right to charge a customer twice, especially after saying they refunded you. Once my money is back on my card, it's mine - not for you to take again because of your messed up system. I wouldn't recommend shopping at Champs Sports if you want fast and honest service.
Online order issue
I recently placed an order online over the weekend, and I ran into a bunch of problems. First off, I never got a confirmation after placing my order. I tried creating an account before checking out, but still got no confirmation. Then, when I tried to log in, the website just kept saying I was putting in the wrong password or email. I tried resetting my password a bunch of times, but never got any emails to help me out. So, I had no choice but to check out as a guest, which is annoying because I can't log in to check on my order status. I contacted customer service, and they told me to wait until Monday evening for an email confirmation. It's frustrating that in this day and age, I'm not getting those immediate confirmation emails like I do from other online stores.
Online order cancelled
I had a really bad time with this store. I thought I was in for a treat when I ordered online, looking forward to getting my stuff, but my order got cancelled out of the blue. I've never had problems ordering online before, but this store just couldn't get it right. I tried reaching out to their people for help, but all they did was make excuses and not really help me. This place is a total mess, and honestly, the world wouldn't miss it if it was gone.
Boots purchase online
I bought some boots online 'cause I couldn't try 'em on in the store 'cause of my disability. But man, they didn't fit right and were hurting my foot, so I sent 'em back just like they came. The company said no way, though. They thought the boots were used and couldn't be resold. Even after talking to customer service, they had no answers for me except to drive an hour to the closest store and try returning 'em there. It was just a bad experience all around.
Found all the great brands here with good deals
I have checked all the brands they have and they have like most of them. what I checked you can find the brands like Nike, Adidas, Champion, Timberland, FILA, PUMA, New Balance, The North Face, Reebok, ASICS, Columbia, CSG, Under Armour, and Converse i mean what would more one want. So that's the first checklist on the box. and then, the offers I find are make these deals much cheaper as you buy somewhere else. THe shoes i bought a year ago really are as new as now. well may be I maintain it well but it still very much intact.. In general, they have great selection of basketball shoes, training, and running shoes, boots, sandals, and apparel such as hoodies, jackets, jerseys, and T-shirt. So like everything around..
