Oversized gym shorts
I just bought some gym shorts from this store thinking they'd fit, but when I tried them on at home, they were way too big. I sent them back through UPS for a refund like they said, but even though they got the shorts back quickly, it took them a whole month to give me my money. I had to call customer service way too many times to finally get my refund.

Bold socks
Man, I gotta tell you, that shopping experience was amazing. They had such a cool selection of socks - really bold, colorful, and fun. But I gotta be honest, the shipping was a total drag. I felt like I was waiting forever for those socks to show up. And don't even get me started on the tracking mess. It's 2021, you know? Why can't we have decent tracking for our packages? But hey, once those socks finally made it to my door, they were everything I hoped for. Super vibrant and comfy, no complaints there.
