In-store pickup convenience
I was bummed to find out that the Yas Mall location of this store doesn't do in-store pickup. I live on Yas Island, so it would've been way easier for me to just swing by and grab my stuff instead of waiting for delivery.

Camping stove
I love camping, so I decided to get a camping stove from this store to add to my gear. They had a bunch of different options available, so it was easy to find a good quality one that fit my needs. The staff there really knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect stove. Checking out was quick and easy too, so the whole thing was a breeze.
Review about: Champs Sports
$226 shoes
I bought these shoes for $226 from this store. The site said they'd ship right away and they charged my card right then. Champs Sports said they delivered them on May 5th, but I never got them. My security cameras show no delivery. I tried to contact customer service with no luck, so now I have to file a claim with my bank. Should've just bought them straight from the brand and saved 10 bucks.

Sightseeing Pass
Man, this was seriously the worst purchase ever. We dropped $300 per person upfront for this Pass and when we attempted to use it at the hotspots, they were all like, "Sorry, not accepting Passes today." It was so disappointing. They said to reach out to the company, but when we called customer service, they were like, "Don't worry, we got you." Yet here we are, still waiting for that assistance. Seriously though! The only attractions we could actually visit were so boring.

Recent multiple orders
I just wanted to share that I placed a few orders through this service, but I only got one of them delivered. The other two either got canceled or never arrived because the Dasher didn't show up. I was pretty bummed about the whole thing because I was hoping for better service from a big name like that. And to top it off, they didn't offer any compensation or credits to make things right. It's important to me as a customer to feel like they care about me, especially when things go wrong.
