Quick results
I sent in a sample and got my results back the very next day! I was so surprised at how quickly it came. My dog has been struggling with ear infections and itchy skin for a while now, so I'm really thankful to finally know what's bothering him. Now I can start removing those things from his diet and environment to help him feel better. Thank you very much!

Disappointing quality
I've been a faithful customer for years, I mean, since I was a kid, I've had over 20 pairs from this brand. But lately, I've noticed a big drop in the quality, structure, and comfort of their stuff. The insoles are just plain sad now, not giving me the support they used to. It really bums me out, but I don't think I'll be getting another pair of shoes from this brand.

Cashmere pieces, high prices, store closure
I used to really love this brand and store, but lately, I've been kinda let down. The prices have gotten crazy high, like they've gone up by 150-200 Euros for Cashmere stuff in just one season. And honestly, the quality is just okay. Plus, I was super surprised to see the store closed on a Wednesday. It made me wonder if they're gonna be able to keep their doors open.

Cool stuff
I ordered some awesome stuff from this company, but geez, the delivery was a total disaster! They claimed they tried to drop it off and left a note, but I never saw one! I ended up spending the entire day waiting for my package. And when I tried to call them, I couldn't reach a soul! It's like they have zero concern for their customers. I'm so let down!

Iphone replacement screens
I bought two new screens for my iPhone from this company not too long ago. One of them crapped out on me after just a few months, which was a major bummer. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement screen, but it was dead on arrival. Even though I showed them proof that I returned the faulty screen, they claimed they never got it. The rep I talked to just wouldn't let go of the idea of sending me another screen, even though that wasn't the plan. My whole ordeal with this company was super frustrating and I definitely wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

I am really let down by the way things went with this company. I bought something, only to find out months later that they didn't actually have it in stock. And to make matters worse, they took my money without even telling me about the problem. Then, they offered me store credit that I never actually saw applied. I would definitely recommend avoiding this website for any shopping.

Vaporizer
Yeah, so I got this vaporizer and it's pretty cool, I guess. It works fine and all, but there are a few things that could be improved. The mouthpiece doesn't fit really snug, so it feels kind of cheap when you use it. Also, the containers for the dry herb are too tiny, I mean, how am I supposed to fit enough in there? And the airflow is only good if you really suck hard on it. It's not that great for medical users because of the hassle with the small containers. It kind of takes away from the overall experience, you know?

4 cases of jelly beans
I bought 4 cases of jelly beans from this store because I was really craving something sweet. When I got them, I saw that 3 of the cases were all hard and cracked, like they weren't stored right or maybe they were just messed up. I contacted customer service about it, but they only gave me a refund for 2 of the cases. They made me feel like I was the one at fault for wanting a fix. Honestly, I was just really let down by the products and how customer service handled it.

I was on a mission to find a BBCOR -3 baseball bat in the right size for my son and luckily came across one in a 29/26 size on SidelineSwap. The bat was in decent condition, but I was bummed to see the grip wrap was poorly done, so I had to switch it out as soon as I got it. Besides that issue, I was happy with my experience on the site. The choices weren't flawless, but I was able to get what I was looking for.

I just bought an inner tube for my bike from this store, but man, it was a total letdown. I aired it up, went for a ride, and when I got back, bam - flat tire. Come to find out, the tube was torn. So, I go back to the store, tell 'em what happened, and they straight up refuse to give me a refund or store credit because I used it one time. I don't know about you, but I think that's just not right. Left me feeling pretty bummed about the whole thing.
