Review about: CandyStore
Malt balls for cake decorations
I'm really disappointed with these malt balls. I ordered them after seeing the ones on the website with a white candy coating and colorful specks, but what I got was a huge bag of malt balls with a boring grey coating and you could clearly see the malt center. Some of them even had big black specks and looked damaged. I've reached out to customer service a bunch of times but haven't heard back. These malt balls just won't work for decorating my cakes.

Missing items
I recently bought something online, but they forgot to include two items in my order. I've been trying to reach out to customer service through email several times about the missing items, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's been really frustrating and disappointing dealing with their lack of communication and unresponsiveness. Plus, the stuff I did get wasn't that great in quality either. I'm totally not happy with how things turned out and won't be shopping there again. I'd advise others to find somewhere else to shop if they want good customer service and good stuff.

Bag and 2 wallets
I recently bought a bag and two wallets from Senreve, but this time around, I wasn't too happy with the experience. I placed my order on December 8th, hoping to get the items in time for Christmas. Turns out, one of the wallets I ordered wasn't available in the color I wanted. They gave me some other options, but none of them really did it for me. I asked them to either send the wallet when it was back in stock or give me a refund, and that was on December 13th. Since then, I haven't gotten any updates on my order. I've tried reaching out through email and their website, but no one has gotten back to me. The fact that they're not communicating with me is really frustrating and disappointing.

Suede Chelsea boots
The Suede Chelsea boots might not work for everybody because of their orthopedic design that could be uncomfortable for people with regular foot shape, especially those who aren't naturally Pigeon-Toed. The design pushes your big toe outward, which might mess with your posture and overall comfort. If you're worried about how they look, some folks might think they're a bit too girly compared to other options like the Lordya boots. As for size, they fit true to size. Overall, I wouldn't suggest these boots for anyone with regular foot shape.

Repaired ring
The company really came through for my grandmother's ring that lost a stone after 4 years of use. When I reached out to them, they quickly set up to replace the missing stone and check all the other stones on the ring. The folks in customer service were so nice and kept me updated on how things were going with the repair.

Unique clothing, perfect sizing, fine quality
I really loved the cool clothes I got from that store! They fit me perfectly and the quality was good. My package got to Ireland in about a week, but I did have to pay a little extra for customs which I saw coming. The best part was they included a cute little free gift with my order, it was a nice surprise! I for sure plan on ordering from them again.

Work and play clothes
I used to really enjoy shopping for my work and play clothes at this store, but now that they've got this online site, it's like a total trap! The clothes are not great quality, and if you need to return something, all they'll give you is a gift card. Plus, they try to sneakily get you to sign up for a subscription for free shipping, but it's really a sneaky $9.99 charge every month! Don't be fooled, it's a complete rip off.

My experience with the customer service team was really disappointing. I live in Canada and ran into a lot of problems trying to get help with my electric skateboard. It was super frustrating because there was no support or repairs available, and I ended up feeling like I wasted my money. I would recommend not buying this product, especially if you're in Canada.

Recent change disappointment
I'm really disappointed with the recent changes at the company. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years because I loved the unique European brands that Zulily used to have. But now, they've mostly switched to featuring items from China, and the quality, prints, and sizes just aren't the same. I end up returning more things than keeping them, and it's pretty disheartening. There are less new and unique pieces now, and the prices for the new brands they're showing are way too high. Because of this, I'm buying a lot less from them. It's frustrating to keep seeing the same stuff over and over in different categories. I've found cheaper options with the same quality and faster delivery from competitors like Shein and Temu. Unless Zulily makes some big changes soon, I'm afraid they're going to lose more customers like me.

Clean Boss
Received it today via USPS. Package was damaged. One bottle had leaked out. Everything was wet. I cleaned it up. Going to send it back only because it smells so bad . I looked up the ingredients and some are carcinogenic and neurogenic. I thought when it was advertised it stated no chemicals just thyme with a clean fresh scent . None of the above is correct. I am very disappointed. Sending it back. Please forward instructions .I tried to give only one star for delivery although it probably was not the facility that sent it but was probably damaged upon transport.
