Shoes and dress
I bought a pair of shoes and a dress online recently. Even though they looked like the pictures online, the sizing was all over the place. I've had some good experiences with this store before, but it's just not worth the risk of not being able to return something if it doesn't fit right. The whole return process is a pain, they only give you store credit for sale items, and the short time frame to make returns doesn't leave a lot of room for mistakes.
Overpriced dresses with poor quality
The dresses are just way too overpriced for what you get. I mean, they start falling apart with loose threads all over the place. And don't even get me started on their return policy - it's a nightmare. They really need to step up their game and be more customer-friendly when it comes to returns, especially for stuff that hasn't even been worn.

Damaged items, poor quality
I had a pretty bad time shopping at this store recently. The stuff I got was not up to the same standard as what was pictured on their website. The Seraphina sweater I bought came messed up, with visible lines and bad knitting all over it. Plus, the Rehanne set had lousy button holes that made it hard to get the buttons through, and the material wasn't anything special. Their return policy is super strict too, and having to pay for returns is a big problem. It seems like they don't really back up the quality of their products. I wouldn't suggest shopping here at all.
Clothing purchase
The clothes they sent me? Terrible quality. There were loose strings everywhere on the dress, and don't even get me started on the sizing - way off. And get this - no returns allowed, even if I never wore the stuff. Can you believe that? A clothing company online that doesn't do refunds for new items? Their return policy is a mess and totally not user-friendly. I seriously doubt this company will survive with rules like that.
Unique clothing, perfect sizing, fine quality
I really loved the cool clothes I got from that store! They fit me perfectly and the quality was good. My package got to Ireland in about a week, but I did have to pay a little extra for customs which I saw coming. The best part was they included a cute little free gift with my order, it was a nice surprise! I for sure plan on ordering from them again.
