Unfortunate experience
I had a bad experience with this company recently. I bought some shoes that didn't work for me at all. When I figured that out, I sent an email to their customer service team right away to try and set up an exchange. But man, I was so let down by how long it took for them to respond. It took four tries before someone finally got back to me, and then they just told me I had to hurry up and return the shoes if I wanted to exchange them.

Lovely jumper
I bought this really nice sweater from that store and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything went. The sweater was high quality and I got a good deal on it too, which was a nice surprise. The delivery was quick, although I wasn't home when it arrived. The delivery person was kind enough to leave a note telling me to pick it up at the nearby shop, which was super helpful. I also got a text message letting me know about the delivery, which I thought was a nice touch. All in all, it was a good shopping experience and I would definitely shop there again.

I have to tell you, I was really let down by my recent purchases from this online store. The clothes in the catalog looked so nice and well-made, but when I got them, they were totally not what I expected. The fabric was thin and felt cheap, nothing like what I thought I'd be getting in terms of quality. And don't even get me started on the sizing issues! Even after I used the measurements from the catalog, the stuff I got was either way too big or way too small. It's so frustrating to order two of the same thing and have them fit so differently. Plus, the amount of money I had to spend on return shipping was crazy. The only good thing about the whole experience was how quickly they processed my returns, so I guess that's something.

Damaged items, poor quality
I had a pretty bad time shopping at this store recently. The stuff I got was not up to the same standard as what was pictured on their website. The Seraphina sweater I bought came messed up, with visible lines and bad knitting all over it. Plus, the Rehanne set had lousy button holes that made it hard to get the buttons through, and the material wasn't anything special. Their return policy is super strict too, and having to pay for returns is a big problem. It seems like they don't really back up the quality of their products. I wouldn't suggest shopping here at all.

T-shirts and baselayer purchase
I gotta say, I was a bit hesitant about trying out this company at first. I mean, when you're used to brands like Maap and L passione, the cheaper ones don't always measure up. But, I decided to go for it and ordered a couple of T-shirts and a baselayer. And you know what? I was actually really impressed. The quality for the price is on point, and the fact that they offer free exchanges came in clutch when the baselayer didn't fit right. It's been a minute since I've been this wowed by a company.
