The only downside was that the sizing ran a little small. Thankfully, customer service was able to help me exchange it for a larger size, but it was a bit of a hassle. The prices were fair for the trendy options they had. Shipping was fast and I got my order within a few days.

Christmas bike purchase

I will never order from this place again. Their customer service is awful, and the shipping is just the worst. I can't believe they would choose a shipping company with such a bad reputation. It really shows they don't value their customers at all. They're probably only focused on making money. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but there's no direct way to contact them. It's like they don't even want to hear from us. They must think they're too good for their customers. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this place. They definitely do not deserve any stars.

However, I also wanted to order the Lonela table lamp in marble with a green finish, but it was out of stock. Since I won't be in Spain for the next 8 weeks, I asked when it would be available again. I want to buy it and have it sent to my friend's place. Overall, I was pleased with how quickly and helpful the customer service team was.

I had this problem with Urban Social not long ago. They had these automatic renewals and their cancellation policies were kinda unclear. I thought I was just signing up for a month and it would go back to being free after that. But surprise surprise, they charged me again even after my month was up. So, I called their customer service and let them know what was up. Unfortunately, they weren't very nice or helpful about it. It was frustrating dealing with the lack of clear info and their bad customer service.

Hey man, if you're thinking about checking out these products or wondering if this company is legit, let me tell you, I'm an engineer and I bought these with my own money. I've used them at home and on like 240 computers at work. Every now and then there are some minor bugs, but it's usually due to those third party connectors for drives. Other than that, the software is awesome and has saved me so many times, I absolutely recommend it!
