BMX bike purchase
The service at Sourcebmx was amazing. I ordered a BMX bike and they sent it out super fast the day after I bought it. But when the bike got here, I saw that the back wheel had some scratches on the rim, probably from getting banged up during delivery. I was kinda bummed about the bike's condition, but I was really happy with how quickly they got it to me and how nice they were overall. They might wanna think about beefing up their packaging to avoid any damages during shipping.

White sneakers cracked after 4 wears
I got these white sneakers, and man, I was pumped to rock them because they looked so clean. But I swear, after only wearing them like 4 times, they started cracking! It's ridiculous. I've bought kicks from all over - Alibaba, Primark, you name it - and they held up way better than these. So yeah, gonna chuck these in the trash real soon.

Scammed on Nov. 13 order
I'm so frustrated with Dressbarn, it's a total rip-off! I ordered some stuff weeks ago and still haven't received it. I've been trying to reach out to them multiple times, but they never respond. It feels like they just took my money and vanished. I want a refund, not just store credit. To top it off, some items I ordered aren't even available on the website now. My order number is 1541760, if anyone actually gives a darn.

Yes, my exact experience. Customer service is a nightmare! I am in the process of trying to get a refund after being lied to since ordering on May 1st. It is now June 7th. I do not want to go through this again! I will never order from them again! Just the stress of dealing with this company can make you sick! Its a shame because the products are great! I have been ghosted on chat and hung up on . Lied to numerous times i got hung up on when he didnt know how to respond .... won't refund me even though they did not send order. never an order # never a tracking # i do not want it because i never want to go through this stressful experience again! Freedom Kit With Smokease 30
This company is a scam. I ordered the Freedom Kit With Smokease 30 and decided I didn’t want to wait so long to receive the product. I called to cancel and spoke to the Dr and he advised they did not have the product in stock but could send out something similar. I refused and just wanted a refund. I have not received a refund. Due to Covid 19, they are taking advantage of people. I e-mailed several times with my order and still no refund. Please stay away from the bullshit of this company. I will be now calling my credit company to open a claim for charge back - pathetic.

Remedies
I've been a client of this company since 2007. There products are unique and effective, however their shipping is completely unacceptable. I generally pay for express (10 day shipping) however it takes about 3 weeks for them to get my package to me in Colorado. I've complained to Biogetica repeatedly and they always come back with "oh don't worry your package is on it's way." Really??
This time I ordered one bottle of remedies from them and it took them 9 days to get it in the mail. When I complained about the fact that I paid for 10-day shipping, they just told me that US customs was the holdup. Really?
Products are good, but be prepared to put up with some ridiculous customer service and completely unacceptable shipping times. You could walk to India and pick up your remedies quicker. Figure it out Biogetica!!The hold up is with customs as I had my product boxes cut open then taped w a note and stamped by customs

So, despite that these are NOT labeled as authentic KN95 masks, I ordered them because I'd ordered them before and they were at least better than other items I could find in stock at this point. I ordered on Jan 18th, because I was having surgery on January 27th, and also have plans to travel by plane on Feb 6-Feb 8th. On January 25th, I finally thought to check shipping status as it seemed they should have arrived. It showed unfulfilled. I wrote them, said NVM, I'll buy elsewhere, give me back my $82. Two days later, they created a shipping label (January 27th). Two days after that (January 29th) they replied to my email to say, Can't cancel, it's already left warehouse. Yesterday, (February 4th) they actually DID take my shipment to the post office--A full 8 days after they created the shipping label, 10 days after I canceled, and more than two weeks (17 days) after I placed the order. I specifically ordered items that showed in stock (ships out in 2-3 days) so I would get them in time. Instead, I got ... around, lied to, and I now have masks that may someday come long after their intended use, (tracking shows due to arrive to me on Feb 8th) and long after I made purchases elsewhere. And they're not even legit KN95 masks.... Never again.

Absolutely NO communication on shipping or order status. In early February I emailed them twice. NO response. SO, I posted a comment on their Facebook page and used Messenger to find out what was going on. They hadn't shipped the masks at all and seemed somewhat evasive about the order. I messaged them every couple of days, asking for a refund as they had taken too long to mail the masks. Only on February 10th did they finally mail the masks. They seemed to sit in postal limbo for days, with the tracking number showing "shipping information received". More messages followed to the point I demanded a refund because of how slow they were, even after they took my money. SO, I filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card. I don't know if that will work in my favor but I tried. Then they BLOCKED me on FB! They apparently delete negative comments, but there are plenty of angry emojis. Please, purchase your masks somewhere else.

Wedding Dress
BUYER BEWARE. They advertise that they accept returns and that it's easy and convenient. I found a dress that looked gorgeous on their site and ordered my usual size. It is WAY too small and it's absolutely NOT close to the same quality that they advertise. Looks like a different dress. I emailed them to return it and they told me it's made to order. I ordered a size 6 dress. That is not a custom size. That is standard sizing in most countries. They send very bland auto-generated responses and do not care about the customer at all. I only ordered from here because I saw positive reviews and because of the giant header on the site saying EASY RETURNS. I have been calling the customer service number over and over. It goes straight to a voicemail and says "no customer service agents are available to take your call". I am extremely upset and would highly recommend anyone on this site to RUN.

Great option for BIG men!
I am a very, very large man; 6'3" with a 58 inch chest and 46 inch waist tipping the scales at well over 300 pounds. The smaller 10" x 12" rigs are kid's toys when you're built like Gregor Klegane.
This sucker actually protects me nipple to nipple, front and back. The carrier is easy to adjust and has more than enough room for me. Same with the cumberbund, easy adjustments, ample size and comfy. 11" x 14" ATC fully coated plates slid right into the rig slick as snot but no trauma pads ... yet.
I highly recommend getting the larger 6" x 8" side plates if you're big n tall. And if you're anything like me the weight is not a huge issue as long as a 5 mile run is not in store. When you already weigh a metric-f**kton, the heft of this rig is very manageable. Granted I'm not on foot patrol.
Overall I'm very impressed and extremely happy with my purchase from Bulletproof Zone. Even with the Kung Flu I received my order in less than a month.What make & model did u buy? Am looking for Concealable Vest, too, for 6’4” 275 ... hard to find.
