Avoid this company. The suits themselves are cute but do not fit as seen in pictures or described. It took over a month for them to arrive. Wanting to return these, I'm offered 3 return options. 50% off another order and keep the first order, a quick partial refund (which is pennies on the dollar), or send it back for a full refund. Return shipping is all the way back to China, which is NOT cheap. What a joke, will never purchase from them again.

1 product never delivered, another broken
I placed an online order with Bellesa on Nov. 26 — but, more than 5 months later, Bellesa has STILL not delivered my order.
After I placed the order, Bellesa informed me one of the items was a "pre-order" special, and ALL my items would be held until that item was back in stock.
Weeks later, I asked the company to please send the items that were in stock — which they did, but one of them items didn’t even power on.
On Feb. 25, I asked for an update about the status of the "pre-order," and they told me they expected more stock in 2-3 weeks.
By April 8, I still had not received any product OR any communication from the company. So I asked for a refund.
Customer service initially promised “an additional 10 percent refund” (and I have it in writing) — but Bellesa now refuses to deliver on that promise.
No apologies. No explanations. They just held my money for more than 5 months, without communication or delivering on the goods and service promised. Customers, beware.Review about: HottPerfume

Absolutely no follow up regarding order. Have sent two emails to follow up on order placed in May and there has been no reply. None. No shipping information or anything. However, the payment was taken from my account. There is no phone number to speak with anyone. Never again. Terrible company. It will not allow me to give 0 or one Stars. I was forced to choose two.

The company charged my card and never send out the order. It's been 8 days now. They do not have phone support and their email does not answer. I think it may be a bogus company, but anyway I'd advise to think twice before placing any order here.
This company is definitely a scam. They charged my card and it had been over a month and I never received my order. The order can’t be tracked and they say their customer service is only by email. They haven’t responded to one single email I have sent
