Damaged boots
I bought a pair of boots from this store recently and it was a total letdown. The shipping was quick, but when the boots got here, they were messed up. There was a little yellow sticker by the damage, showing they knew about it before sending them out. Instead of telling me before shipping, they just sent the messed up boots with no heads up. It took forever to get a label to send them back, and it's been almost a month without a refund. This was a bad first time buying here, and they didn't even admit their mistake. I'm not going to shop here again and I wanted to share so others don't make the same mistake.

Oversized Jeans, Difficult Returns
The jeans we ordered were way too big, even though we purposely went with a size smaller than usual. The return process was a real headache, having to restart it over 10 times with no success. I finally had to reach out to customer service to get a return label. Now I'm just hoping to get some of my money back. Not a good look for a high-end brand - cheaper companies handle returns much better. Really disappointed!

Boots purchase
The boots I ordered got here super quick, only taking 4 days to arrive in London. I thought it was gonna be longer since it took a total of 12 days. The quality of the boots is amazing - they're made of really soft leather and they're so comfy. Normally, I wear a size 6.5 UK, but I checked their size chart and went with my usual size. They fit perfectly! Only thing was they smelled pretty strong of glue and paint, but it didn't bother me too much. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.

Three vanities purchase
I recently bought three vanities from HomeThangs and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the quality of the products and the service they provided. I've made three orders over the last three years and each time my stuff got to me pretty quick, within 5-10 business days. Two of the vanities were in perfect condition, but the most recent one got a little beat up during shipping. Thankfully, the folks at HomeThangs were on it and got me a replacement right away. The new vanity looks great and I'm happy with how it all turned out. I'd definitely recommend HomeThangs based on my good experiences and will think about using them again in the future.

Wedding sign and programs
I ordered a custom sign and programs for my wedding. The programs came out perfect, but unfortunately, the sign arrived damaged twice. The customer service was really helpful and they tried to fix the issue by sending replacements with speedy shipping. Even though the replacements ended up damaged as well, they did offer a full refund in the end. Overall, I found them to be a trustworthy company.

Earphone
I ordered a set of earphones from HiFiGo, but one of the earpieces had a loose cable plug, causing it to disconnect from the cable and fall while outside which risked cracks and damage. Due to this, it was unsafe to use the earphones as it could fall with the slightest movement.
I contacted HiFiGo about this issue and they provided me with details for a return from the UK to their warehouse in China. The return was received surprisingly fast. The condition was that if the item was confirmed defective by the manufacturer, the shipping cost for my return would be refunded and a replacement sent. If it was not confirmed defective, the shipping cost would not be refunded.
Instead, HiFiGo quickly shipped out a replacement and refunded my shipping cost without processing the item to the manufacturer first. They wanted me to receive the replacement as soon as possible without any further potential delays from the manufacturer.

Change in reservation
I tried to change my reservation through this car rental service, but they never got back to me. So, I decided to go with a different rental company, which actually worked out better for me. My experience with the first service wasn't great, but I'm happy with how things turned out after switching. I suggest checking out other options before going with this service.

I had a really terrible time at that store not too long ago. The security guys were really harsh and ended up hurting my friend and me. It was a really awful and unnecessary situation that made us feel violated and scared. I can't believe that kind of behavior is still okay these days.

Garmin
Seller shipped incorrect item. I notified them with photos. They apologized and provided RMA to return. I did so and next thing I know, I received claims that I’ll get my return in 3-5 days to my RMA is cancelled and claims that I never provided photos all within one day of each other—each message coming from a different person in the company.
I have logs and evidence of the conversation. But apparently this company is well known for scamming customers and deceptive bait-and-switch practices. Now I’m out of the item and my money. Stay away!

Don't be fooled by this fraudster. He is not based in USA or Australia etc. He's based in India and will not give ongoing support that is promised during sale. He contact phone number is also fake. Though his websites look awesome, they are a lot of flaws that will cause problems afterwards.

Contacted customer service per the instructions at 9 pm, had a response by 5:30 am with a picture to show what is supposed to be. Checked the tool and found contacts out of position. Short fix and voila!

Remedies
I've been a client of this company since 2007. There products are unique and effective, however their shipping is completely unacceptable. I generally pay for express (10 day shipping) however it takes about 3 weeks for them to get my package to me in Colorado. I've complained to Biogetica repeatedly and they always come back with "oh don't worry your package is on it's way." Really??
This time I ordered one bottle of remedies from them and it took them 9 days to get it in the mail. When I complained about the fact that I paid for 10-day shipping, they just told me that US customs was the holdup. Really?
Products are good, but be prepared to put up with some ridiculous customer service and completely unacceptable shipping times. You could walk to India and pick up your remedies quicker. Figure it out Biogetica!!The hold up is with customs as I had my product boxes cut open then taped w a note and stamped by customs
Yes, my exact experience. Customer service is a nightmare! I am in the process of trying to get a refund after being lied to since ordering on May 1st. It is now June 7th. I do not want to go through this again! I will never order from them again! Just the stress of dealing with this company can make you sick! Its a shame because the products are great! I have been ghosted on chat and hung up on . Lied to numerous times i got hung up on when he didnt know how to respond
