Finally got my money back
they eventually refunded me, so I’m relieved. I ordered two dresses for work and some weekend plans (order #1942621) and the carrier’s tracking showed nothing — Asendia said the parcel was lost. I sent customer care the email from Saba at Asendia and asked for a resend or a refund. It took a bit of back-and-forth and I had to be firm, but in the end Jaded London processed the refund. Not ideal, it was a hassle and slower than I wanted, but honestly glad it got sorted — still thankful.
Jeans
I just got these jeans from this company and let me tell you, they are hands down the best pair I own. The quality is top-notch and the fit is spot on. I was really impressed by how comfy they are and how they still look good after washing them a bunch of times. The design is so cool and stylish, they really added a nice touch to my wardrobe. The only thing I wish they would work on is giving more info on the sizing, especially the length of the inseam. But overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants awesome, stylish clothes.
Pants sizing issue
I bought two pairs of pants from your brand recently, and I really like the style and quality. However, I had a problem with the sizing. Even though I ordered the same size in both pairs, they fit differently. One pair was too tight while the other was just right. I have a smaller waist and a bigger bum, so more detailed sizing info on the website would be helpful. The models on the site are all slim, so it would be great to see how the clothes look on different body types.
Oversized Jeans, Difficult Returns
The jeans we ordered were way too big, even though we purposely went with a size smaller than usual. The return process was a real headache, having to restart it over 10 times with no success. I finally had to reach out to customer service to get a return label. Now I'm just hoping to get some of my money back. Not a good look for a high-end brand - cheaper companies handle returns much better. Really disappointed!
Funky pants
I was so stoked to get my hands on those cool pants from that online shop. When they finally came, I was beyond happy because they looked just like they did in the picture online. The material was top-notch and the fit was spot-on. Wearing those pants made me feel like a total trendsetter!

Delayed package
I just bought something online, but it came late which really messed up my plans because I needed it for a trip. USPS, UPS, and Jaded London were all sending me mixed messages which only made things more annoying. I get that international shipping can take a while, but this whole thing just left me feeling let down.

I was so happy when my order arrived so quickly, especially because I'm all the way on the other side of the world. Let me tell you, these jeans I got are top-notch quality. You can just feel the difference compared to anything else out there. I also really liked the paper packaging they came in - nice touch for the environment. But I do think they could step it up with some more eco-friendly plastic bags for the jeans, like they did with the outer packaging. All in all, the quality of the jeans and the company's commitment to being green really makes them stand out from other brands.
