Mesh dress purchase
The mesh dress I bought from this store is so gorgeous! The style and quality are top-notch, and I love how creative the brand is with their stuff. But, like a lot of other brands, the sizing is more for taller folks, so I had to get the dress altered to fit my petite self. I really hope they think about coming out with a petite line in the future for customers like me. The back design of the dress, with that velvet texture on top of the mesh, is a cool detail that makes it stand out from my other clothes. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and would totally shop here again if they offer more sizes.
Ordering process and return experience
I thought the process of ordering was really smooth and easy. The returns were simple to do, and the delivery was quick which was great. The clothes were good quality overall, but some things were definitely too expensive. It would be nice to have more affordable options for teens who love fashion. One thing that bothered me was not having a customer service phone number. It would've been nice to talk to someone when I had a problem. Especially when spending a lot of money, having that support over the phone is really important. It was a letdown not having that option in an otherwise great service.
Quick shipping, high-quality jeans, thoughtful packaging
I was so happy when my order arrived so quickly, especially because I'm all the way on the other side of the world. Let me tell you, these jeans I got are top-notch quality. You can just feel the difference compared to anything else out there. I also really liked the paper packaging they came in - nice touch for the environment. But I do think they could step it up with some more eco-friendly plastic bags for the jeans, like they did with the outer packaging. All in all, the quality of the jeans and the company's commitment to being green really makes them stand out from other brands.

I just got the Colossus jeans for my daughter from this company and I'm really happy with them. She loves them and now I'm thinking of getting a pair for myself. Colossus fit vs Low rise fit
The confusion between the colossus fit and low rise fit of the jeans I bought was really annoying. I thought I was getting a good fit for my hips with the "colossus fit" in waist size 30, but they only fit my waist. When I tried to swap for a different size, they sent me the "low rise fit" in waist size 32, which was way bigger than I expected. Even though the sizing and fit options were confusing, I have to admit that the jeans are really nice quality and look great overall.
Long Jean shorts in black
Shopping online was so easy, like super convenient. The shipping was fast and the packaging kept everything safe. The black long Jean shorts I got were even better than I hoped - great quality and fit perfectly. I really appreciated the follow-up messages after my order arrived. comet colossus jeans
Hey there! I'm 14 and I wanna share my not-so-great story about Jaded London. So, I bought this super cool Comet Colossus jeans back in April, but turns out they didn't fit me right. Bummer, right? ? So, I went through the whole returning process like they said, thinking it would be smooth sailing. But guess what? It's August now, and I still haven't seen my money back!
I was really excited to get those jeans and maybe try something new, but it didn't work out. I sent the jeans back like they asked me to and they confirmed receiving my return. Since then I've been waiting... and waiting... and waiting some more. Seriously, how long does it take to process a return? It's not like I'm swimming in cash at 14, you know?
I don't understand why it's taking soooo long. I reached out to their customer service a bunch of times, and all I got was some standard responses that didn't even make sense. They kept saying they've already transferred the money, but I'm already waiting for it for more than two months... They keep on saying I should check with my bank why the moneyHey there!
