frustrated, slow, kinda really careless.
Solid, not perfect
I bought this as a gift for my dad’s sore back and the item feels sturdy and actually comfy — not fancy, but it works. I was nervous about tariffs and shipping, but they kept me in the loop. Packaging was fine, arrived on time.
Quick, mostly perfect
fast delivery and easy returns, so I'm sticking with them. I ordered four pairs of jeans over the past month and was pleasantly surprised — the site felt like my little style shrine. One snag: still waiting for that Rock Revival gray in W26, please restock.

Finally got my money back
they eventually refunded me, so I’m relieved. I ordered two dresses for work and some weekend plans (order #1942621) and the carrier’s tracking showed nothing — Asendia said the parcel was lost. I sent customer care the email from Saba at Asendia and asked for a resend or a refund. It took a bit of back-and-forth and I had to be firm, but in the end Jaded London processed the refund. Not ideal, it was a hassle and slower than I wanted, but honestly glad it got sorted — still thankful.
Jeans
I just got these jeans from this company and let me tell you, they are hands down the best pair I own. The quality is top-notch and the fit is spot on. I was really impressed by how comfy they are and how they still look good after washing them a bunch of times. The design is so cool and stylish, they really added a nice touch to my wardrobe. The only thing I wish they would work on is giving more info on the sizing, especially the length of the inseam. But overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants awesome, stylish clothes.
Pants sizing issue
I bought two pairs of pants from your brand recently, and I really like the style and quality. However, I had a problem with the sizing. Even though I ordered the same size in both pairs, they fit differently. One pair was too tight while the other was just right. I have a smaller waist and a bigger bum, so more detailed sizing info on the website would be helpful. The models on the site are all slim, so it would be great to see how the clothes look on different body types.
Oversized Jeans, Difficult Returns
The jeans we ordered were way too big, even though we purposely went with a size smaller than usual. The return process was a real headache, having to restart it over 10 times with no success. I finally had to reach out to customer service to get a return label. Now I'm just hoping to get some of my money back. Not a good look for a high-end brand - cheaper companies handle returns much better. Really disappointed!
Funky pants
I was so stoked to get my hands on those cool pants from that online shop. When they finally came, I was beyond happy because they looked just like they did in the picture online. The material was top-notch and the fit was spot-on. Wearing those pants made me feel like a total trendsetter!

I just bought something and was so happy with how quickly it got to me here in the Netherlands. They did a great job keeping me updated on when it would arrive. Delayed package
I just bought something online, but it came late which really messed up my plans because I needed it for a trip. USPS, UPS, and Jaded London were all sending me mixed messages which only made things more annoying. I get that international shipping can take a while, but this whole thing just left me feeling let down.

I was so happy when my order arrived so quickly, especially because I'm all the way on the other side of the world. Let me tell you, these jeans I got are top-notch quality. But I do think they could step it up with some more eco-friendly plastic bags for the jeans, like they did with the outer packaging. Alright, I gotta tell ya about this crop top and leggings I got from this store - they seriously exceeded my expectations. Ordering was easy-peasy and I actually got my package sooner than I thought. Sweatpants and jeans
The shipping actually took longer than I thought, about eight days. But let me tell you, the sweatpants I got are totally worth the wait. They're made of really good material and super comfy. And the jeans I bought are awesome too - they fit just right and look really stylish. Even though it took a while for them to get here, I am really happy with what I got.
Colossus fit vs Low rise fit
The confusion between the colossus fit and low rise fit of the jeans I bought was really annoying. I thought I was getting a good fit for my hips with the "colossus fit" in waist size 30, but they only fit my waist. When I tried to swap for a different size, they sent me the "low rise fit" in waist size 32, which was way bigger than I expected. Even though the sizing and fit options were confusing, I have to admit that the jeans are really nice quality and look great overall.
Perfect fit cargos
I have to say, I am absolutely in love with these cargo pants! They fit me like a glove, it's like they were made just for my body. The waist and length are perfect, and I couldn't be happier with them. If you're a W30, definitely go for the XS size - it's like they were tailored for us. And let me tell you, these cargos are not only stylish, they're also super comfy. I seriously can't stop wearing them, they're just that good.
Long Jean shorts in black
Shopping online was so easy, like super convenient. The shipping was fast and the packaging kept everything safe. Oh my gosh, I gotta tell you how amazing my JL Rock Revival Jeans are! I was beyond excited to receive them in the mail and they totally exceeded my expectations.
