Smartphone purchase
I just bought a smartphone online and I was pretty let down by how long it took for them to ship it out. I ordered it on a Sunday and even paid extra for fast shipping, but they didn't send it out until late Wednesday night. That just seems crazy to me, especially when other places like Amazon and Quadlock got my stuff to me by Wednesday too. I get that it might take a little time to get everything organized, but waiting three days is just not cool.

Unfortunate experience with gift card purchase
I had a really bad time with a gift card I bought not long ago. When I found out it wasn't working, I reported it right away and then went on a trip. But when I got back, I was told I had to ask for a refund online. Even though I did that, they said no because I missed the deadline. I just want to warn others to watch out for stuff like this and try sites like Card Cookie or Raise instead. They have great customer service and don't make things difficult for you.
