Colossus fit vs Low rise fit
The confusion between the colossus fit and low rise fit of the jeans I bought was really annoying. I thought I was getting a good fit for my hips with the "colossus fit" in waist size 30, but they only fit my waist. When I tried to swap for a different size, they sent me the "low rise fit" in waist size 32, which was way bigger than I expected. Even though the sizing and fit options were confusing, I have to admit that the jeans are really nice quality and look great overall.

Home furniture
I bought some furniture for my home from this company and man, let me tell you, I was super disappointed with how everything went down. First of all, their website is a hot mess when it comes to customer convenience. The default order details messed me up big time. I wanted to send something to my bud and then ordered stuff for myself, but it all got shipped to the wrong address and I couldn't do anything about it. I had to travel to another state just to pick up my order. On top of that, the furniture was crappy quality and started falling apart as I was putting it together. And to make matters worse, each item was shipped separately on different days, so it was a headache keeping track of everything. The whole process was a disaster and left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.

Ink cartridges for my HP printer
I bought some ink cartridges for my HP printer, but they ended up not working like they were supposed to. I got in touch with customer service to talk about the problem, but they wouldn't help with the shipping charges for sending the items back. It was a pretty disappointing experience, so I won't be buying from them again.
