I was kind of surprised because all the reviews on their platform were 5-star ratings, and there was not a single negative review to be found. So, I decided to ask them about this, but they didn't even respond to my inquiry. After looking into it more, I realized that there were no 4-star, 3-star, 2-star, or 1-star reviews either. This lack of variety in reviews made me feel a little uneasy. Someone else mentioned that they thought Dental Departures might have been deleting negative reviews, which made me even more doubtful about the reviews on their platform. As a consumer, I really care about seeing honest feedback when it comes to my healthcare decisions, and the absence of negative reviews on Dental Departures makes me question how reliable their platform really is.

Colossus fit vs Low rise fit
The confusion between the colossus fit and low rise fit of the jeans I bought was really annoying. I thought I was getting a good fit for my hips with the "colossus fit" in waist size 30, but they only fit my waist. When I tried to swap for a different size, they sent me the "low rise fit" in waist size 32, which was way bigger than I expected. Even though the sizing and fit options were confusing, I have to admit that the jeans are really nice quality and look great overall.

I bought a refurbished smartphone from this company, and honestly, I'm really disappointed with what I got. The listing said it was in 'Very Good Condition', but when it showed up, it was all scratched up with chipped corners and poorly packaged. Ink cartridges for my HP printer
I bought some ink cartridges for my HP printer, but they ended up not working like they were supposed to. I got in touch with customer service to talk about the problem, but they wouldn't help with the shipping charges for sending the items back. It was a pretty disappointing experience, so I won't be buying from them again.
