I ordered Halloween costumes for a bunch of friends from this store, and let me tell you, it was a total mess. The website promised the delivery in 2-3 days, but it ended up taking more than two weeks, and to top it off, one of the costumes was missing. It totally messed up our plans for the event, and I ended up having to deal with the headache of disputing the charge on my credit card. And don't even get me started on their customer service - they were no help at all, just kept giving me excuses instead of actual solutions.

Kid's jacket purchase

I tried reaching out to the company several times about these problems, but they haven't responded at all. It's really annoying to see a company not backing up their products and ignoring the issues with the poor quality. Hat, face mask, poncho
Oh my gosh, I can't even believe how awful this stuff is! The hat is super wide and shapeless, not like the picture at all. The face mask keeps falling off my face because of all the extra fabric, and the poncho is just disgusting. And, it was way too expensive! I'm really starting to question if they even provide sun protection. On top of all that, the shipping took forever so now I'm stuck with this junk. Ugh!

Outdoor double grommet curtains
The outdoor double grommet curtains really made our pergola in Portland, Oregon look amazing.
