Coat purchase
I just bought a coat from this company, and let me tell you, ordering it was a breeze. The website was super easy to use, and I found exactly what I wanted with no problem. The only hiccup was that I messed up my shipping address, so my package ended up getting sent back. But the customer service team was quick to help me out and assured me they'd send it to the right address once they got it back. I was really impressed with how fast and professional they were. I just bought my husband a beanie and got myself a hoodie. They're both really nice, made with good materials and so comfy. I've been into this brand for a while now, and the skiing jacket I bought from them has held up great for like 4-5 years. Super happy with my purchase.

I got this new coat from 686 and the zipper got stuck pretty quickly. I tried fixing it myself but couldn't, so I reached out to customer service. Luckily, they were super helpful and sent me a replacement coat with a zipper that works like a charm!
Denim jeans
I got these awesome denim jeans from here and they're so comfy. I actually ordered two sizes 'cause I wasn't sure which one would fit best, but I ended up sending one back and it was a breeze. The jeans got here really quick and the return went smoothly. My credit card was refunded within a week of me sending the jeans back. All in all, I'm super happy with my buy and the customer service was excellent!

They even give you shipping labels for returns, so you don't have to stress about that. The pants themselves are really good quality, so I definitely suggest checking them out if you need some new bottoms.

It finally started moving after that, but somehow it ended up in Mexico. That was really frustrating, but I have to give credit to the team for helping me out. Although I did sense a bit of defensiveness from them, I get it because I was pretty confused. I just want to make it clear that I wasn't trying to blame the company, just needed some answers.
Exchange issue
I had the most frustrating time trying to get help with an exchange. Because of Covid restrictions, I couldn't talk to anyone on the phone, so I had to handle everything through email. It took days of going back and forth before I finally got a response from their support team that was pretty dismissive and didn't really help me at all. It was super disappointing and I definitely won't be ordering from them again. There are so many other places to choose from.

I just got this awesome hoodie from a brand that I wear when I go snowboarding in Colorado. The hoodie is super nice quality and looks really cool. I always get noticed when I wear clothes from this brand because they're just so unique. Last weekend I was at Breckenridge and got a bunch of compliments on my new hoodie, which just made me love this brand even more.
