CRM for Email Campaign
Salesflare is such a great tool for keeping track of leads and staying on top of follow-ups with handy reminders. It's been a real time-saver for me with the automatic data entry feature. And being able to send email campaigns right from my inbox has really upped my email marketing game. When to return unworn items
It's a bummer that the return policy only gives you 14 days from when you ordered to send back brand new, unworn items instead of from when you actually get them. That's not very customer-friendly and can be super annoying for people who need more time to make up their minds about purchases. Companies really need to realize how important good customer service and flexible policies are.

XL Coat purchase
The product was awesome and came really fast, but man, the sizing info on the website was way off. My husband got an XL thinking it would fit, but that coat was just way too big. Dealing with the return and getting the right size was a pain.

I just had a problem with my water filter and contacted customer service for help. I was really happy to see how fast they got back to me and quickly shipped out a new filter. Kids clothing box
The kids clothing box we got was so amazing! My kid loved every single thing in there, from the sparkly sweatshirt to the shiny skirt. It felt like the box was handpicked just for us. The clothes were really high quality, and the styles were so cool and fun. I loved how they picked out stuff they knew my kid would like. It made opening the box even more fun and special. We'll definitely be ordering again next time!

Soap dispensers and tissue holder
I just bought some soap dispensers and a tissue holder from this company, and it was honestly a pretty bad experience. The soap dispensers came in fine, but the tissue holder was totally wrong. When I tried to talk to customer service, they told me to send pictures and product codes to their vendor, which just seemed like a big hassle. It's going to take forever to get this all sorted out, and the people on the phone were not very nice about it. I shop online a lot, and I've never had such a bad experience with a company before.

Three packs of cigarettes
I ordered three packs of cigarettes from Saucey, but, darn it, only got two in my delivery. When I reached out to customer service, they said it was the merchant's fault and couldn't send me the missing pack. I was bummed since I paid for all three packs. Still, the customer service rep was pretty helpful and explained the situation well.

Auto-shipment purchase
I recently received a box of products and a Beachwaver in the mail. Everything smelled so good, and let me tell you, that Beachwaver was a breeze to use. But then, I got a shipping notice and panicked because I didn't need any more stuff right now. So, I shot them an email immediately. And you know what? They canceled my order and refunded my money that very same day! I honestly didn't think it would work, but they totally came through for me.

I am a very satisfied customer of Stylevana's. I have had no issues with ordering or receiving any products. They quickly alerted me when they didn't have a product in stock after I'd ordered, and refunded the price in full into my bank account.
