I recently bought some new shoes from this store, but they totally messed up my order. I attempted to cancel it, but they ended up sending them to me anyway. Then this lady named Haley was incredibly rude and put all the blame on me. It wasn't cool at all.

I was so frustrated when my packages were marked as delivered even though they weren't. But I have to give credit to the customer service team for taking care of it right away and sending out my order again fast!

My experience with customer service was really disappointing, especially dealing with Nayla M. They were super slow and not very helpful, plus it was a pain trying to contact them through email only. They couldn't get a good schedule going, and when I had water damage, I couldn't figure out how to save my device quickly. Overall, the lack of fast and helpful support left me feeling pretty let down.

I absolutely adore this store! Seriously, everything I've purchased here is top-notch and seems to last a lifetime. The employees who work there are incredibly sweet and always ready to assist with whatever you need. I have a backpack, a few travel pouches, and a phone case from this place, and let me tell you, they are all fantastic and super high quality. I honestly believe everyone should check out this store!
