Subscription service not reliable
The subscription service from this company is just not reliable at all. I thought I was gonna get some convenience out of it, but it was just chaotic. I never got my orders on time, and every time I tried ordering, they acted like they didn't even know who I was. It's really frustrating and unprofessional.

But today, I finally got my order and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the quality of these products. The eyeshadow palettes are incredible, and I'm so happy with my purchase.

My experience with customer service was really disappointing, especially dealing with Nayla M. They were super slow and not very helpful, plus it was a pain trying to contact them through email only. They couldn't get a good schedule going, and when I had water damage, I couldn't figure out how to save my device quickly. Overall, the lack of fast and helpful support left me feeling pretty let down.

I absolutely adore this store! Seriously, everything I've purchased here is top-notch and seems to last a lifetime. The employees who work there are incredibly sweet and always ready to assist with whatever you need. I have a backpack, a few travel pouches, and a phone case from this place, and let me tell you, they are all fantastic and super high quality. I honestly believe everyone should check out this store!
