    My Experience with Apollo Neuro's Wearable Technology

    I have been using the products from Apollo Neuro for several months now and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with their technology. I originally heard about the company through a friend who suffers from chronic pain and they recommended their wearable device, which uses gentle vibrations to stimulate nerve endings and improve circulation.

    I decided to give it a try and have been using it regularly since. Not only has it helped me with my own chronic pain, but I have also noticed improvements in my sleep and overall mood.     Apollo neuro

    The Apollo Neuro appears to work beautifully. I’m sure they had a lot of little bugs when they first started out but they seem to have most of them cleared up. There are a few little functionalities that it would be nice to have but this has worked perfectly for me and not only that, within two weeks my “deep sleep” as measured by the Apple Watch sleep monitoring has gone from 21 minutes per night to an hour and 12 minutes last night. In two weeks! My mind is blown. I have not slept well in a decade and I feel amazing this morning. The average person should get between 62 and 120 minutes of deep sleep a night and I was getting virtually none and now I’m getting a normal amount. My life has been completely transformed. I also suffer from PTSD and I believe this is working as a form of somatic therapy for that as well. My fight or flight reactions have just stopped happening. Out of the blue. I am just calm for the first time in my whole friggin life. So ignore all the negative reviews because I guarantee you they were either one offs or an older version of the application and the device. The current version works fantastic!

They are so friendly and helpful, I honestly can't understand why anyone would leave them a bad review. The product they sell is really awesome as well. The Apollo device seems to be working wonders. Maybe there were some issues in the past, but now everything is running smoothly. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks and already my deep sleep has significantly improved! I went from 21 minutes to over an hour of deep sleep last night. It's mind-blowing! I've struggled with sleep for what feels like forever, but now I wake up feeling fantastic in the morning. It's like pure magic! Plus, I have PTSD and this device seems to be making a difference there too. My anxiety and panic attacks aren't as intense anymore. I feel so much calmer and relaxed, like I'm a whole new person. So, forget about the negative reviews - this device is truly amazing!

    Stress-relief device

    I got this stress-relief gadget and it really helped me out when I used the app to control it. But when I tried to sign up for the extra features, it didn't work like it was supposed to. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times but they couldn't solve the problems with the SmartVibes program. So my advice is to just stick to using the device without the subscription for a smoother experience.

    Apollo Neuro purchase

    I just got the Apollo Neuro and I'm pretty happy with the actual product. But man, I gotta say, the customer support from the company has really let me down. It's been more than a month since I bought it and still no sign of that invoice. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but no luck in getting this sorted. The lack of response and follow-up from their end has just left me feeling so annoyed and unsatisfied.

    An overpriced gadget

    This product seems like it's just trying to make money under the guise of being a health device. The app keeps asking for more and more personal information just to set it up. Trying to return it is a total nightmare - they make you go through all these hoops, answering questions and providing the serial number, even though they already have it. Then it has to go through multiple steps for approval before you finally get a refund, but minus the shipping costs. And just when you think it's over, you keep getting marketing emails even after the return and refund, making it seem like they just want your data and money.

    Customer service was super quick to get back to me and they explained what was going on. I'm just hanging tight now waiting for PayPal to fix things, but I can't wait to finally give the product a try once everything is all squared away.

    Faulty product experience

    I had this product for about 15 months and then it started acting up on me. The motor somehow got loose and started making this annoying loud noise, so I couldn't even use it anymore. I reached out to the customer service folks and all they did was offer a little discount on my next purchase. But like, that didn't really fix the problem with the product itself. They said they would look into it further, but then never got back to me. So yeah, I'm pretty disappointed with how everything went down.

    I was so pumped to snag this item, but boy was I disappointed. First off, it's way too expensive for what it offers. The quality isn't top-notch, and it feels bulky on my wrist. Plus, switching it between clip mode is a hassle. And after dealing with all that, it didn't even seem to make a difference for me. In my book, it's a waste of money. The concept is neat, but the actual product falls short.

    Wearable device for HRV improvement and stress reduction

    The wearable device I bought to improve my HRV and lower stress ended up being a total bust. Not only was it crazy expensive, but it was also clunky and downright ugly. The wristband was terrible - I couldn't even restart the thing without taking it off completely. And to top it all off, wearing it actually made my HRV worse and didn't help me sleep any better. I was totally let down by this purchase and wouldn't suggest it to my friends or anyone else.

    I was pretty happy with the Neuro device at first. It really helped me deal with my stress and anxiety. But then things took a turn when the company added new features and wanted to charge an extra $80 a year for them. What really got me mad was that there was no trial period and they didn't offer a monthly payment option. I think it's totally unfair and ridiculous to treat loyal customers like me this way.

    Stress-reducing wearable device

    I was really let down by the app's performance when it came to syncing my device, especially with the time change throwing off all my schedules. Having to delete everything and start over, or even worse, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, is just not going to cut it. The app is definitely in need of an update to make it more user-friendly and up-to-date.

    Device with customer service

    I was really pumped to test out this device, but dang, I've run into a bunch of problems with it. The customer service only gave me a half-baked answer to my questions, and now they keep ghosting me when I try to get the rest of my concerns addressed. On top of that, the battery life is seriously lacking - I've got to charge it for four hours every day even though they recommend using it for at least three hours daily. It's a real pain because I can't charge it at night if I want to use the sleep function. Overall, I'm super frustrated with this device and the fact that customer service isn't stepping up.

    Malfunctioning device

    My device started acting up after a few months, making these weird loud noises like buzzing and clicking. I tried calling customer service for help, but their phone line must be down cause I couldn't get through to a real person. It's so annoying and frustrating to not be able to get help when you really need it, especially with a product that's not working right.

    Wearable health device

    As someone who's been using this health wearable for a few months now, I gotta say I'm pretty bummed out by the results. I've been wearing it all the time, but I haven't really noticed any improvements in how I feel. I was really hoping it would help me chill out more and get better sleep, but no such luck. On top of that, my HRV hasn't gotten any better either, which is a big deal for my health. All in all, I just don't think this device is doing much for me and definitely not worth the money.

    Embarrassing customer service

    I've never had such a terrible experience with a company before. The product I bought had battery issues right from the start, and when I reached out for help, I got no response. I really wish I had looked into this company more before buying from them because it's pretty obvious they don't care about their customers. They didn't even bother acknowledging any of my feedback or survey responses. It just goes to show how little they value the customers who support their business. They've got a lot of work to do before I'd consider them a trustworthy company.
