The man was really nice and answered all my questions even though I kept interrupting him. If I had just waited, he probably would have answered all my questions without me feeling the need to blurt them out. But he was cool about it and really patient.

Brace order
This company is a total joke! I ordered a brace from them and didn't even get a confirmation. My credit card was charged right away, but they didn't bother to give me any info on my order. The phone number on their site is bogus and doesn't go anywhere. And emailing them is pointless - they say they'll reply in 4 hours but that's a total lie. They never got back to me at all! It's obvious they're just trying to rip off customers. Don't trust their fake good reviews - this company is a total scam.

Faulty product experience
I had this product for about 15 months and then it started acting up on me. The motor somehow got loose and started making this annoying loud noise, so I couldn't even use it anymore. I reached out to the customer service folks and all they did was offer a little discount on my next purchase. But like, that didn't really fix the problem with the product itself. They said they would look into it further, but then never got back to me. So yeah, I'm pretty disappointed with how everything went down.

Delayed delivery
I ordered something online more than a month ago and they told me it would arrive in 3-6 days. It's been weeks now and I still haven't gotten it. When I reached out to customer service, they said they are backed up on orders and gave me a tracking number with no estimated delivery date. I asked for a refund or for them to send it as soon as possible, hoping they come through like they promised.

Striped jumpsuit
I purchased a jumpsuit. The picture was so cute, but when I got it, the fabric was different, it was just a print on spandex. There was a random uneven line down the middle of the front and it's not tapered at the bottom. After 3 weeks I finally heard back and my only options were.
A. 50% coupon to shop on the site again
B. Partial refund of $2
Or
C. Return, UPS said it would cost $118 to return back to the China address I was given.
I lost money to sum it up and now I'm stuck with this jumpsuit that no one would want. I'm just disappointed.
