Online order experience
I've been a customer of this company for a long time, so I thought I'd give online ordering a shot since they didn't have what I needed in-store. I splurged on overnight shipping for a $200 order, hoping to get it quickly. But man, was I let down by the service. The order didn't even ship on time, even though I paid extra for speedy delivery. After waiting around with no updates, I had to call and complain just to get a refund on the shipping. You can't offer quick shipping if you can't deliver on it. This whole ordeal has seriously shaken my trust in this company's online ordering.

Faulty product experience
I had this product for about 15 months and then it started acting up on me. The motor somehow got loose and started making this annoying loud noise, so I couldn't even use it anymore. I reached out to the customer service folks and all they did was offer a little discount on my next purchase. But like, that didn't really fix the problem with the product itself. They said they would look into it further, but then never got back to me. So yeah, I'm pretty disappointed with how everything went down.

Returned jeans for refund
I recently took back a pair of jeans to the store on January 26th. Even though I gave them proof that Royal Mail delivered it and showed them my receipt, they still haven't given me my money back. My daughter's a student and she's struggling financially, so it's really frustrating that they're taking so long to process the refund.

Writing prompts variety
I was actually really surprised by all the different writing prompts they have on this platform. They weren't just your usual boring ones, they were all unique and focused on different topics. This really helped me get creative and come up with new ideas for my writing projects. Striped jumpsuit
I purchased a jumpsuit. The picture was so cute, but when I got it, the fabric was different, it was just a print on spandex. There was a random uneven line down the middle of the front and it's not tapered at the bottom. After 3 weeks I finally heard back and my only options were.
A. 50% coupon to shop on the site again
B. Partial refund of $2
Or
C. Return, UPS said it would cost $118 to return back to the China address I was given.
I lost money to sum it up and now I'm stuck with this jumpsuit that no one would want. I'm just disappointed.
