    The Trainer Academy really helped me get ready for the NSCA-CPT exam. The material was useful, but it wasn't anything mind-blowing. The program gave me a clear study plan, telling me which chapters and tests to tackle each week, which kept me organized and on point. I liked how direct and no-frills the teaching style was.

    As a person working in finance and someone who's had a few consumer loans before, I gotta say, a lot of companies out there don't have websites that break down loan info very well. It can be hard for customers to keep track of their payments and balances. But let me tell ya, when I tried out this company's loan, I was really impressed. Their service is simple, professional, and accurate. They lay out all the info you need right from the start, no hidden fees or tricky terms. It's a time-saver and gives me peace of mind knowing exactly where my money's headed.

    I've never had such a terrible experience with a company before. The product I bought had battery issues right from the start, and when I reached out for help, I got no response. I really wish I had looked into this company more before buying from them because it's pretty obvious they don't care about their customers. They didn't even bother acknowledging any of my feedback or survey responses. It just goes to show how little they value the customers who support their business. They've got a lot of work to do before I'd consider them a trustworthy company.

    Overnight diabetes supply order

    Man, let me tell you about my horrible experience with this place. I ordered my diabetes supplies and paid extra for next day shipping, only to find out they couldn't confirm my address and it wouldn't be sent out until the next business day. Then, they went and shipped it with FedEx instead of UPS like they promised, without even telling me. My package ended up delayed because of some issue at the mail facility, even though the weather was fine. I tried to get a refund for the shipping cost, since FedEx has a guarantee, but they denied it and blamed the delay on the weather, which wasn't even the case. I'm pretty sure they just pocketed the refund money, which is really not cool. All in all, just an all-around terrible experience.

    BE VERY CAUTIOUS THERE A SCAM

    DO NOT waste your time with them. They lie, ignore your calls, messages and don’t refund you your money. I’m fighting to get my money back that I paid with a debit card of over $2200.00. It’s been over 4 weeks already and still no refund. Save yourself the pain frustration and headache from them. They canceled my order 2 days before my daughters wedding while I was checking in with them for 3 continuous and constant months for this not to happen. Hundreds of messages were sent but my gut kept telling me this would happen and sure enough it did. They literally left me stuck and didn’t even offer any options or try to smooth things out. I’m seriously telling you DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. BE VERY CAUTIOUS AND AWARE. I’ve never left a negative review before in my life but I have to let the public know how this company is. This company is sooo unprofessional and a true SCAM. Please do your research I should have followed my gut and the other reviews I seen about this place. Stay far far far away from these people. Please share this. I have proof of all messages myself, my husband and daughter have sent them. I hope no one else has this experience especially when it’s for a very special moment of your first child getting married. It ruins the whole vibe of everything. My husband had his suit customized to my dress and my younger daughter had a customized dress matching my dress as well. I had to go find another dress in 2 days for me. Be wry cautious, aware and best of luck on your searches!

    Custom Roman Shades

    Terrible customer service and scam artists. Do not shop from them. They don’t deserve your hard earned money.
    Did not deliver the correct custom shade that I ordered (wrong dimensions and incorrect hardware placement). After chasing them down for a response for weeks, they admitted that what they sent was the incorrect length but stated they don’t guarantee that your CUStOM order (for which they ask for EXCACT dimensions down to the tenth of an inch) will be the measurements that you receive. Strange because their website states the exact opposite, even going so far as to state that even if a customer measures incorrectly for their custom item (which was not the case here) they will still make it right. Crazy and so dishonest to state this as that is what persuaded me to place an order with them. Although my shade was a half inch too short and leaves a noticeable gap between the shade and the window ledge (as I must keep the shade pulled due to privacy) and the cord cannot be mounted on the right side, but they sent right side instead of the left placement that I ordered, they said too bad… It’s “close enough”.
    They do not deserve your business! Choose instead a company with integrity, quality and your satisfaction at heart!

    6 weeks later... The most irritating part of my interaction with Badinka was the deceptive description of the shipping times:

    When you go to order you have to check a box that says something like "this is made to order. It might take a few extra days to get the item to you". They legit say a few extra DAYS. At no time did I get the impression I'd be waiting 5 and a half WEEKS. I have no patience with the covid excuse or the DHL excuse anymore. If you know it's going to take 6 weeks for whatever reason, be transparent about that. I'm now stuck with expensive items that are unsuitable for my event and no time to find an alternative.

    Items are eh/OK:

    I received the items shoved into a bag that was too small for them. They look significantly different to what is pictured on the website. (The site pictures are very edited/stylised which gives a misleading picture of the shine, colouring and overall appearance of the suits - which look lower quality and cheaper in real life)

    Customer service was haughty:

    Typical "I'm being polite but this is actually your problem not mine, responses'. For instance, after 5 days with no follow up message to my query about where my item was (now 5 weeks in) she replied that she didn't actually say she'd get back to me. She only said she'd try to talk to DHL. Um, wouldn't common sense/courtesy dictate getting back to your customer? Please don't discipline me for calling you out on ... service.

    I really wanted to like these guys but just impractical unless you're ordering 2 months in advance.

    2 Shirts, Shoes, bralette

    I ordered four items and only one was even remotely like the picture. The shoes were not well made enough to even walk in them. The yellow blouse had a collar, but did not in the picture. The bralette provided no support whatsoever. The one white shirt I bought was nice. That said, you cannot return anything because it needs to be shipped to China and they discourage that and tell you to keep everything and you can get 15% back. It was a waste of money. So, I basically paid $60 for a shirt and threw out the other three items.

    I have read many reviews about this company. Most liked what they got, but the few who were unhappy, really didn't like what they received. I'm still debating should I or shouldn't I?

    I can't understand how a company can get a 4 or 5 star rating and yet many unhappy people. Makes no sense to me.

    Attempted to have single vision distance lenses placed in my own frame

    Very disappointed. I sent in some frames with reading glass lenses in them. The company notified me that my frames were broken and sent them back broken with a lens missing where they tried to glue them together. They are unusable now. I sent the glasses intact and I never saw a ... or break before. The company insists they broke in transit, or I sent broken. We disagree on that. So, beware how you ship and take photos before shipping.

    Anything they have in stock ships out fast and arrives in great condition. I have ordered several albums and one box set. Pre-orders, however, are a different story. They let you pre-order, and they tell you when a release date has been bumped. They do not notify you if they can't fulfill the pre-order, yet they leave it open for 30 days. After 30 days, they cancel your order without letting you know. They don't charge your card until it ships (unless you pay through PayPal), but leaving the order open for 30 days pretty much ensures that you can't buy it elsewhere if you happen to find it in stock.

    So in-stock items - great to do business with. Pre-orders - you might want to go elsewhere.

    Potted Hanging Plant

    I ordered a hanging plant as a mother's day gift. It arrived on time. However, neither the plant or soil was in the planter when it arrived and the plant was badly damaged. Customer service was very responsive and they sent a 2nd plant out which arrived today. Unfortunately, in the same condition. The plant was no longer in the ... and had been badly damaged from bouncing around in the box in transit. There were no longer blooms on the flowering plant. This company exists to sell plants online, I would think that they would have mastered the packaging of these plants so that they would arrive at their destination undamaged. Since they failed at this twice, I will not be purchasing anything else from this company.

    Yacht Charter

    Family Adventure Out Of This World!

    Took our family on our 1st charter and it was a blast. Learning to paddleboard (great video's), diving & snorkeling, great fun. There was an underwater snorkeling spot Capt Jake took us to and it was unbelievable. After long days in the ocean we enjoyed evenings in the bean bag chairs watching the sunsets with a well made sun downer. Chef's food was tasty and very well presented with a solid nod to seafood and italian cuisine which we love! Thanks for a fantastic week!

    Beautiful photos, terrible product. I bought 13 blouses. It all feels like cellophane. Cheap garbage. They make returning anything EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. This company is in China. They do not reply to emails. I am afraid to spend money sending it back, when they make it very clear that they can deny the refund for any reason.

    Definitely disagree with this one - everything I've bought the fabric is what blows me a way - it is super high quality, clearly expensive, made in Bali and not mass produced.

    I have totally been burned for cash that was in my account before the website change. the first order was lost and they put $168.00 back into my account, so I placed another order(i had to do the research on what happened to the shipping department)they offer 25%return to start with , instead of getting ahold of canada post , I had made a claim and returned the money to my accaount...so I placed another order for $159.00 and that left 9.66 in my account, this also was before they changed their website, The order was finally shipped on DEC 29th!!! but and on of the items was out of stock, so $48.76+ the $9.66 is still my money..but nope..had been turned into a coupons, if I spent more over a certain amount..Are you kidding me??? and to really make me mad..they would not give the amount of my cash and also I could not use a store coupon....and then my delivery finally arrived..OMG my tights I ordered were a satin type fabric ..kinda like Hugh Hefener would wear..not these tights that us girls are used to ..so I wanted to return them..this was also a scam..you have to pay for it to go all the way back to China....So basically I have juat thrown away $168.00. for something that took over 3months and the anger I have with the support team is unreal..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE TS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.. so I a filing a claim against them..anyone want to join me..false advertising..and much more..I have done alot of research.. feel free to get intouch with me if you agree:)

    OMG! Why didn’t I do a research before ordering with them. I just ordered on the 1st around 0500 AM. Today the 2nd around 1920 it still shows my order as processing. I’m sorry that they may not fit me or will not even receive the items. Some reviews said took two months !! What I was thinking ??? Should I dispute the charge now? Doesn’t seem like they are an honest seller!

    I ordered this a couple of months ago. Took about 2 weeks to receive it and once I saw it in person, I realized I had paid WAY too much for this garment ($55). It’s shear and not at all durable. I’ve only been able to wear it one times and there are permanent stains in the armpits. Ok, I can wear a blazer over it to work around that (which hides the sleeves but okay). The seams in the armpit almost immediately began to unravel. I tried to wear it again today, but I got a little water splashed on it and it left a stain when I dried. I’ve put some stain remover on it and I’m washing it again. If the stains are still there, then I give up and will accept the fact that I paid too much money for a top I wore once.

    This is a good mask. Good fit on mom and teens. Cotton and wire washed well. Wire keeps it on right. I really don't have to touch it or adjust it after it's on. Ear part is comfy. It sits well on the face. You can breath with it on. Cotton is exactly the right fabric for softness and stiffness, and it covers over nose and chin well. Very happy with this mask. I asked them to make a version of this mask for people with really big faces and really big beards bc those guys need help. Pretty much everyone else should like this mask.

    Love the style and comfort. Highly recommend these masks.

    Father’s Day Bracelet

    Received the bracelet last week, and my husband and I were disappointed in its quality. It is simply “cheap” looking and the charms are so small you need a magnifying glass to see the kids’ names. I have asked for a refund, but the company rep won’t cooperate; he’s trying to negotiate by offering another product. I’ve never had an experience like this, and am wondering what kind of business doesn’t offer a full refund to unsatisfied customers!

    I ordered two bras and I tried it on the way you would shopping at a store. They have rejected a refund because there were “deodorant marks” when it was returned. I knew the return policy going in because it’s hard to find good sports bras if you’re large busted. Before returning I made sure there weren’t any marks on these bras. If you read reviews on FB or anywhere else you’ll see this is a pattern. They are a dishonest predatory company that utilizes language in the return policy to keep your money. It’s disgusting. Do not buy unless you somehow know 100% in advance how it will fit. In all honesty, they don’t offer refunds, despite what their return policy says.
