The whole process of applying for the loan ended up taking longer than I expected because I had to resend some documents that were showing as already downloaded. Plus, I was stuck waiting on hold for what felt like forever, which was really frustrating. This company wouldn't let me take back my car even though it kept breaking down and I couldn't afford to keep fixing it. They didn't want to help me out even though I was having money problems, and instead they waited three months and then charged me interest. I really recommend avoiding this sketchy company because they act like a scam.
Emergency cash loan
Sui really made things simple for me, and I'd for sure go back to them if I needed help with money again. Gotta say though, the interest rates were kinda outrageous, so I'd only suggest using it in a pinch. Sui was awesome at handling my loan quick and easy, so just give her a shout if you're in a hurry for some cash.

Misleading information
I had a really bad experience with this company. They gave me the wrong information about submitting my title lien, which caused a lot of confusion and made the whole process take longer than it should have. They didn't tell me that the lien had to be sent in a pdf format before filling out the form, and they also said that taking a screenshot of the form wasn't okay. Their instructions were unclear and inconsistent, which was really annoying. I had to keep contacting them to make sure they got all the documents they needed, which just made everything more of a hassle.

The lack of communication and broken promises really got me frustrated and let down. Even when I finally talked to someone, they said a loan officer would call me soon, but I never got that call. The lack of follow-up and professionalism was just not okay.
