Loan application process
The whole process of applying for the loan ended up taking longer than I expected because I had to resend some documents that were showing as already downloaded. Plus, I was stuck waiting on hold for what felt like forever, which was really frustrating. But once I finally got through, Oscar and the rest of the team I spoke with were super nice and really helped me out. It was a good experience overall, but it definitely could have been quicker.
