Awesome truck cover
I was checking out some new covers and ended up going with the Revolver x4s after watching some videos. I hopped on live chat to double-check that it would fit my truck, and it did! The shipping was super quick and it only took me about an hour to get it installed. I've been using it for a few days now and it's been great! So much better than my old cover. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a slick and user-friendly cover.

K-beauty haul
I ordered some K-beauty stuff back in December 2021, and man, let me tell you, it was a pretty smooth ride overall. My order got lost somewhere along the way, but when I hit up customer service, they were super friendly and hooked me up with another package at no charge. The only bummer was that it took a hot minute for the shipping to arrive, like 5-7 days here in the US. But hey, at least I finally got my hands on those goodies!

Wiper blades for my car
Man, I was so worried about ordering those wiper blades from this one place 'cause they only had a measly 2 stars. But then I noticed they were actually replying to all the negative reviews, so I thought, "Hmm, maybe they actually give a darn about their customers." And you know what? Those wiper blades came super quickly, only took like 4 days! And the prices weren't too shabby either. Like, who wants to shell out a ton of cash for wiper blades, right? The website was a breeze to use, and I even got some handy-dandy instructions on how to slap 'em on 'cause let's face it, the ones that come in the package are useless. Still had to pop on some YouTube tutorials to really get it though. But hey, my wiper blades are on and seem to be doing the trick. Overall, I'd give this whole shebang a solid 5 stars for sure.

Cloudrunner shoes
I recently got myself a pair of Cloudrunner shoes and man, I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out by the quality. I've been faithful to all kinds of shoe brands over the years, but I thought I'd give ON a shot after hearing good things. But dang, just two wears on two separate holidays and the side fabric ripped! I didn't trip or walk funny or anything, so this tear totally caught me off guard. I mean, I trekked 800km across Spain with a different brand (shoutout to Hoka) and never had any issues. I was really expecting better from ON, especially with the hefty price tag. Bottom line, I won't be buying from them again.

Purchased an item for a friend
The customer service sucked. I bought a bag for a friend, only to find out someone got them the same one. I tried to cancel the order right away, but couldn't reach anyone on the service line. I tried to cancel online, but they said once it's in progress, no dice. After days of calling, leaving messages, and emailing, they finally said I could send it back once it got here. But then, the online system said it couldn't be returned. More emails later, we got a return label and were promised a full refund. When the refund finally showed up, it was $12 short because of hidden shipping costs. Terrible experience, definitely won't shop there again.
