Hamilton Beach coffee maker
I bought a Hamilton Beach coffee maker about a year ago, and man, I was super let down by the quality and customer service. Spent over $100 on this fancy white coffee maker from Macy's, mostly just to use when I had guests over for Easter. But then the glass pot ended up cracking at the top. Like, what the heck? I didn't do anything crazy to it, so that was a major bummer. When I contacted Hamilton Beach for help, they basically told me tough luck because the pot was discontinued and they had no replacements. They wouldn't even send me a black pot, which wouldn't look right with my coffee maker anyways. They sent me to their website to order a black pot, but of course, it was sold out. I felt really let down by Hamilton Beach because I always thought they were a solid company. This whole situation totally changed my view of them.

Quick loan process
The loan application process with this company went by pretty fast and smoothly. The guy I dealt with, Oscar Andrade, really knew his stuff and handled things professionally. But I gotta say, I was a little bummed with how I got the loan money. The hold-up in getting the full amount because of MoneyGram's rules was a hassle and made me miss the deadline to pay my lawyer on time.

Black Friday purchase
I bought some stuff during a Black Friday sale not too long ago, and I gotta say, it was a bit of a bummer when my order didn't show up on time. I was really looking forward to getting all 8 items, especially the two free gifts, but only 3 things actually made it to my door. I tried getting in touch with customer service through email and phone a bunch of times, but no one got back to me. Luckily, I used PayPal to pay for my purchase, so I was able to file a claim and get a refund for the stuff that never arrived. It was definitely annoying, but I'm thankful that PayPal came through and helped me out in the end.

I just got this TV wall mount bracket with an articulating arm and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. This thing is super well-made, strong, and was easy peasy to set up. My experience with Antivirus Deals was amazing. I couldn't figure out how to download the antivirus software, and it was really getting on my nerves. But the customer service team at Antivirus Deals got back to me right away and even offered me a refund. They then went ahead and remotely accessed my computer to download the software for me, which saved me a ton of time and frustration. I was super impressed by how professional they were and how willing they were to help me out.

Man, let me tell you, this place really knows how to treat their customers right. I mean, sure, I could shop for grooming stuff somewhere else, but after seeing how much they care and pay attention to detail here, I can say for sure that I'll be sticking around. Brake set order mix-up
I ordered a front and rear 160mm brake set from Blue Sky Cycling recently, but got a front 160mm and a front 180mm brake set instead. It was a hassle because I really needed the rear brake set too. Mistakes happen, but I was bummed that it was on Blue Sky Cycling's end. They didn't offer to speed up the shipping to fix it, which would have been a good way to make up for the error.
