AIR line underwear
I just bought some underwear from the AIR line by this brand, and man, I gotta say I was super let down by the quality. They totally fall apart in the wash way too easily, especially considering how pricey they are. I was hoping for better durability and bang for my buck, but sadly, that wasn't the case.

UX needs improvement, too many ads, misleading free trial
The app is a total nightmare to figure out, with ads thrown in that totally mess with the whole user experience. And don't even get me started on the so-called free trial - it's super misleading. If you forget to cancel in time, they'll hit you with a charge for the whole year. And to top it off, their customer service is a complete joke. It's all robotic and not even helpful. My advice? Stay far away from this mess.
