Winter jacket purchase
I bought a winter jacket from this company not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The shipment got sent back because the company messed up the address. I tried emailing them a bunch of times to fix it, but they never got back to me. And the worst part? No phone number to call them directly. It's been a pain trying to get my money back for a jacket I never even got. I am so frustrated with how awful their customer service and communication has been.

I've recently bought some face masks and hand sanitizers from The Wellness Store, and I was pretty impressed with the quality. The face masks were comfy to wear, and the hand sanitizers did a good job at keeping my hands germ-free. Ordering was super easy, and the free shipping was a nice touch. The customer service folks were really helpful and knew their stuff. The prices were fair too, especially for such good quality products. Unfair ticket replacement
I got tickets for this awesome event, but man, was I let down by the replacement tickets they sent me. The original ones were midcourt, 9 rows from the floor, but the replacements were way up in the corners, just ruining the whole experience for me. And get this - they could've given me tickets in the same row as my original ones, but they refused because the price went up. They didn't even try to make up for the inconvenience. I was stuck with either taking the awful seats or just skipping the event altogether. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to fix things. Clearly, they don't care about their customers or keeping their word. I'm done with them - closing my account and never using their services again.

Sound system purchase
I just bought a sound system from this store and I gotta say, I was completely let down by the false info on their website. They claimed the speakers were 1600 watts, but they were way less powerful in reality. It's so aggravating to get products that don't live up to the hype. I've definitely lost faith in this store and I'll be careful before buying anything from them again.

Turkey tour
Oh my gosh you guys, I just came back from the most amazing vacation in Turkey. Seriously, it was the best trip ever! Mustafa, our guide, was seriously the coolest person and he made the trip so much fun and interesting. I absolutely loved going hot air ballooning in Cappadocia, it was like a dream come true. All the places we visited were just incredible, I learned a ton and saw so many awesome things. I'm already itching to plan another travel adventure!

They took my money in July. At the end of July said it was shipped. It’s August no product. I’ve contacted them twice and no one can help me. They told me when the product gets here I can contact them for a refund and ship it back to them. So if nothing ever arrives then I can’t do a darn thing. Ridiculous

i ordered on 7/22/20. it is now 8/8/20. still not received my order. have spoke to many reps and all say it’s on the way but on the tracking it only shows the order date. i spoke to the last rep three days ago to complain and got email yesterday saying it was getting ready to ship that day. i got the run around and i am canceling my subscription before i have even received my first order. NEVER AGAIN!!! i will order from amazon if it’s worth it
I have the same issue and they refuse to refund without an item return. How can I return what I haven’t received?
