Online order tracking issue
I just had a bit of a mix-up with tracking info for an order I made online. It got me really confused. I got in touch with customer service and they told me to wait another 10 days for an update. It finally started moving after that, but somehow it ended up in Mexico. That was really frustrating, but I have to give credit to the team for helping me out. Although I did sense a bit of defensiveness from them, I get it because I was pretty confused. I just want to make it clear that I wasn't trying to blame the company, just needed some answers.
