Online order tracking issue
I just had a bit of a mix-up with tracking info for an order I made online. It got me really confused. I got in touch with customer service and they told me to wait another 10 days for an update. It finally started moving after that, but somehow it ended up in Mexico. That was really frustrating, but I have to give credit to the team for helping me out. Although I did sense a bit of defensiveness from them, I get it because I was pretty confused. I just want to make it clear that I wasn't trying to blame the company, just needed some answers.

Subscription cancellation experience
My experience canceling my subscription was a total letdown. I've been a loyal customer for years, but when the company hiked up their prices out of nowhere, I had to call it quits. Unfortunately, trying to cancel was a whole ordeal - I was met with pushback and basically conned into keeping my subscription. The lack of honesty and refusal to give me a refund was really disappointing. It seemed like all they cared about was raking in cash, rather than keeping their customers happy.
