    I went to their store and picked up some super cute clothes, but I overheard some folks talking about how their online shopping experience was pretty rough. The way they described the customer service was really negative and all over the place. It's just not right that some customers are treated better or worse based on who they chat with.

    Missing items from order

    I recently bought some stuff, but not everything I wanted came in my package. I've been waiting for weeks now, reaching out to customer service multiple times, and it turns out one of the items I really wanted is now sold out in my size. I ordered these things back in November, hoping to wear them to holiday parties, but it looks like that won't happen. I'm still waiting for someone to get in touch with me and fix this mess. This whole situation has me feeling annoyed and unsure about shopping here again. It's frustrating that they can't get their act together to make sure orders are accurate and quick.

    Return service experience

    I had a really bad experience with the return service at this store recently. The customer service was just awful and it took them over a month to give me my money back, even though I had proof that they got my return. It felt like they were trying to scam me, holding onto my cash for as long as they could to make extra money off of it. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping at this store because dealing with returns there is a total nightmare.

    Two cute blouses

    So, I got these really cute blouses from this store and I was so excited to give them as holiday gifts! But man, they took so long to arrive! I ordered them on November 24 and it's almost Christmas and they still haven't come! I checked the tracking and it seems like they're lost in shipping. When I tried to get help from customer service, it was like talking to a wall. It's frustrating! I do like their clothes, but I won't be ordering from here again if I need something by a certain date.

    I've been shopping at this store for a while and I've always liked their stuff. But man, my last interaction with their online customer service was not great. I just wanted to know why my order was late, and the person I talked to was not helpful at all. They basically acted like I was dumb for even asking, and kept going on about how long shipping usually takes, which was super annoying. When you're spending your money at a well-known store, you expect better treatment.

    I'm so frustrated about my recent purchase. I bought a shirt online and it arrived ripped. I sent it back for an exchange using the label they provided, but then they claimed they never received it. They even wanted to charge me extra for late fees and interest. It was a total disaster, and I had to get the bank involved to show I paid on time. Their customer service is terrible, and they clearly don't care about their customers.

    Petite clothing for mature women

    I was pretty bummed about my shopping experience at this store. I was hoping to find some clothes in petite sizes for us mature ladies, you know? A friend suggested this store, so I figured I'd give it a shot. But when I went there, I was let down to see they didn't have much to offer in petite sizes. Still, I managed to find a couple of cute things and decided to sign up for their credit card to shop online. Sounds good, right? Well, not so much. Soon after, I started having issues with my account when I tried to place orders online. My password just stopped working out of nowhere, and no matter what I did, it wouldn't get fixed. I called customer service for help, but the people I talked to were not very helpful at all. They sounded like robots, just repeating the same useless instructions. I asked to speak to a manager, got put on hold forever, and then was back to square one with no help at all. I even emailed them and never got a response. It made me feel like they didn't care at all about my concerns. Dealing with the ordering and customer service has been a huge headache and left me feeling totally frustrated and let down.

    Misleading shipping confirmation

    I ordered a couple of tops for my trip, and I was so pumped when I got that email saying they had shipped. But turns out, it was all a big fat lie. They weren't really shipped and they were sold out. I called them three times, and every time they just kept telling me the same bogus story about it being on the way. Ugh, seriously?

    Business suits purchase

    The clothes at this store are kind of a mixed bag. I've noticed that stuff made in Indonesia tends to be better quality than the ones made in the Philippines. The Indonesian clothes usually have all their buttons and threads in place, whereas the Filipino ones sometimes come with loose buttons and threads sticking out. I mostly buy business suits from here, so I think it'd be a good idea if they stepped up their game and started providing garment bags for the suits. I mean, I'm shelling out some serious cash for a suit jacket, so I reckon the packaging should match the price tag.

    Inflexible cancellation policy

    I made a purchase, but when I tried to cancel it the next day, I found out that you only have sixty minutes to do so. The item hadn't even been shipped, but they still wouldn't let me cancel. This policy is so outdated and just not okay. It's really disappointing that they couldn't make such a simple request happen.

    Online shopping rewards program

    I've been shopping at this store for years and have always been a loyal customer. However, I've been having some issues with the online rewards program lately. Since I mainly shop online, I depend on the rewards program to earn points. But, my online purchases are not syncing with the in-store program, so I'm missing out on points. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but the problem still hasn't been fixed. When I try to fix it myself online, the system won't let me make any changes. It's frustrating and disappointing. Other stores I shop at make earning points much easier. I think if this store goes back to mailing reward certificates, it would make things a lot smoother and more efficient for customers like me.

    I always go for this brand when I need some nice clothes for work. Their designs are super fancy and give off a professional vibe, making me look put together.     I'm really frustrated with how inconsistent and unclear this company is when it comes to ordering online. I got an email the other day saying I could get a great deal on a pair of pants I wanted. I was excited and ordered them right away, but then got another email the next day saying they were sold out and my order got canceled. Such a letdown! Then, a few days later, I got another email with the same discount on the same pants that were supposed to be sold out. I thought maybe they restocked, but nope, turns out they wouldn't honor the discount this time. It's so confusing and annoying!     Recent blouse purchase

    I got a blouse from that store recently and I was pretty bummed out about it. The stitching was all wonky and the fabric felt really cheap. Plus, it didn't even fit me right. I've shopped there before with no problems, but this time was a real letdown. I'll have to think long and hard before giving them my business again.
