As a customer of Ann Taylor, I have had a great experience shopping with the company. Their online store is easy to navigate, with a wide range of clothing options for women. The clothing is stylish and professional, perfect for the workplace or a night out. I have been impressed by the quality of the materials used in their products and the attention to detail in their designs.

Recent online purchase
I just bought something online from this store and it was pretty good. The website was a little buggy, but I still managed to get what I needed. The package showed up on time and was just like how it was described online. It's nice being able to shop online, especially with everything going on right now. I'm satisfied with my purchase and would think about shopping here again.
Business suits purchase
The clothes at this store are kind of a mixed bag. I've noticed that stuff made in Indonesia tends to be better quality than the ones made in the Philippines. The Indonesian clothes usually have all their buttons and threads in place, whereas the Filipino ones sometimes come with loose buttons and threads sticking out. I mostly buy business suits from here, so I think it'd be a good idea if they stepped up their game and started providing garment bags for the suits. I mean, I'm shelling out some serious cash for a suit jacket, so I reckon the packaging should match the price tag.
Online shopping rewards program
I've been shopping at this store for years and have always been a loyal customer. However, I've been having some issues with the online rewards program lately. Since I mainly shop online, I depend on the rewards program to earn points. But, my online purchases are not syncing with the in-store program, so I'm missing out on points. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but the problem still hasn't been fixed. When I try to fix it myself online, the system won't let me make any changes. It's frustrating and disappointing. Other stores I shop at make earning points much easier. I think if this store goes back to mailing reward certificates, it would make things a lot smoother and more efficient for customers like me.
Recent blouse purchase
I got a blouse from that store recently and I was pretty bummed out about it. The stitching was all wonky and the fabric felt really cheap. Plus, it didn't even fit me right. I've shopped there before with no problems, but this time was a real letdown. I'll have to think long and hard before giving them my business again.

Selective about who can process online returns. Customer service gives different answers all the time. Refuses to speak with you to discuss any concerns. The company has gone down hill since the new ownership. Have been a customer for 20 years and cannot recommend to anyone to shop online any longer with Ann Taylor.
