Holiday Inn Express Southwark stay
The hotel staff was really nice, the room was comfortable but the shower was a bit strange, and the breakfast was amazing (they just need to remember to close the lids on the hot food).

I went to this store to get some clothes and things, but they forgot to include my apartment number on my order. As a result, the UPS delivery guy couldn't find me, and no one was willing to help me fix the mistake. Now, I have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund. It's pretty disappointing.

Online order problem
I had a really frustrating experience with this company when I placed an order online. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times through email and phone, but didn't hear anything back. The automated phone system even hung up on me a few times. Since my order never came, I had to go ahead and dispute the charge with my bank. It's just not right to have such poor communication and customer service.
