Credit builder purchase
So, this place is pretty odd when it comes to discussing paying your bill. They're great at everything else, but their customer service is seriously lacking. I mean, if you call to pay over the phone, they'll just say "nope, can't do that." And if you try to use the app to pay with your debit card, they tack on an extra charge, so you have to use your bank account. Plus, they wait a whole week to take the money out, not the same day! It's beyond frustrating. If you actually manage to speak to someone on the phone about it, they'll chat with you, but won't actually help with the payment. Who wants to talk to a robot when talking to a real person makes so much more sense, right?

I just bought something from Fashionphile for the first time and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. Their website has a ton of stuff to choose from, with pictures and descriptions that make it easy to decide. What really got me was that they let you return things, which is not common in the fancy resale world. Knowing I can change my mind if needed is why I'll definitely be shopping at Fashionphile again for more secondhand goodies.

Online order problem
I had a really frustrating experience with this company when I placed an order online. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times through email and phone, but didn't hear anything back. The automated phone system even hung up on me a few times. Since my order never came, I had to go ahead and dispute the charge with my bank. It's just not right to have such poor communication and customer service.
