Delayed order inquiry
I've been shopping at this store for a while and I've always liked their stuff. But man, my last interaction with their online customer service was not great. I just wanted to know why my order was late, and the person I talked to was not helpful at all. They basically acted like I was dumb for even asking, and kept going on about how long shipping usually takes, which was super annoying. When you're spending your money at a well-known store, you expect better treatment.

Online rewards platform experience
My experience with the online rewards platform was great. The customer service was always so quick to respond, super friendly, and really cared about fixing any problems I had. They really listened to me, my ideas, and feedback, and did everything they could to make sure everything was good for me. I liked the different ways you could earn rewards and how fast you got paid. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and definitely plan on using this platform again in the future.

Nitecore UT27 head torch
I bought two Nitecore UT27 head torches and man, what a bummer! Both of them had broken hinges after only 5 uses. The quality on these things is seriously lacking, I was expecting way better from this brand.

I can't believe this company! I bought something and then had to cancel, but they charged me a big cancellation fee. Isn't that crazy? They're not even losing money, just removing the service.

Gift card transaction issue
I had a bad time trying to buy gift cards on this website. I've used it before with no problems, but this time, my purchase got turned down without any reasons given. I got an email saying it was rejected, but they didn't tell me why. Even after trying to reach customer service by phone, email, and leaving messages, I didn't get a refund for 10 whole days. It wasn't until I messaged them on Facebook that I finally got my money back. I'm upset about how they didn't tell me what was going on and took so long to sort it out.

Haircare products
After using the hair products I bought, my hair started breaking a lot and there's this weird residue that I can literally scratch off. It's really strange because I've never had these issues with other hair products before. I'm worried about the long-term damage these products might cause to my hair, and it might take years to get it back to normal. I'm super disappointed with how these products are working for me.

So get this, I gave my real thoughts on their diapers but they didn't like it and wouldn't even post it. Can you believe that? If they can't handle some criticism, maybe they should just focus on customers who only want praise.

Cheesy and fast food
Oh my gosh, the order from that one place arrived so fast! It was all wrapped up really nicely and looked adorable. The food was amazing - I got a cheesy baked potato, two burgers, chili, and fries. My absolute favorite was the cheesy potato, it was fantastic. And you know what? The chicken nuggets were even better than McDonald's, especially with the BBQ sauce. The delivery driver was really friendly and kept me in the loop on his whereabouts. I'm totally hooked now and already looking forward to ordering from there again!!
