Key purchase with payment issue
I had a pretty smooth experience buying a key from this site. The only issue I ran into was when I tried to pay with Monero XMR, there was a minimum amount required that I didn't know about at first. But once I figured that out, I got the key right away and it worked perfectly. It would be helpful if they made it clearer on the website about any minimum payment requirements to avoid confusion for other customers in the future.

Problems with dive computers
I've been dealing with a lot of issues with dive computers lately. When I first started using one, it froze, but luckily SCUBAPRO replaced it for me since it was under warranty. Then, less than a year later, the backlight on the new one stopped working. I decided to switch to a different model, the Galileo Luna, but then it got recalled. It's been more than a month now, and the retailer doesn't seem too eager to help me with this situation. My buddy has already gone through two Galileo Luna models in less than half a year because the screen keeps freezing on him.

Recent warranty claim
I just had to call customer support about my new Ebike because the motor was making noise and vibrations. I was actually pretty happy with how quickly they got back to me and the fast service they gave. They figured out the problem right away and sent me a new motor within a week. It was easy to get back on the road with no problems. It's good to know they stand by their warranty and take care of their customers fast. I'm happy with how everything turned out and feel good about my purchase.

This service is a complete joke. I thought I would get all these awesome channels with the IPTV subscription, but most of them don't even work! And the customer service is terrible - it's like talking to a wall. Save yourself the trouble and money and look for a different service.

Funeral flowers order
I just ordered some funeral flowers for a good friend of mine on this other random website. But guess what? They never showed up, even though I got a confirmation email and everything. When I called customer service to figure out what was going on, they told me it was the florist's fault - Blooms Today. It's really disappointing and annoying to deal with such a lack of professionalism, especially when you're trying to send some flowers as a kind gesture during a tough time. It's like...come on, you know? This whole mess really ruins what should have been a nice thing to do, and now I'm feeling pretty let down by both the website and Blooms Today.

Exoticca Greece
Four of us booked this trip to Greece and this company is just awful. We have encountered so many issues. The changed airports after we already purchased connections and reserved hotels. They do not answer the phone. Today we got an e mail with all our hotels changed- downgraded and some in shady areas with terrible reviews. They gave us no reason the hotels were changed so I will go ahead and contact the hotels to see why and if there was even a reservation. We are leaving in 5 days. I’m mortified that we chose this company. Please don’t book with them.

I ordered the above items for my best friends 60th birthday. I got the Dearforms slippers in excellent time. But no robe. The packing slip indicated that the Leopard Robe was BACKORDERED. I tried calling to find out for how long and when I should be getting it. Got no answer. Sent several emails, no answer. So, here it is, 4 weeks and I have nothing to show for my pmt or time. I paid for nothing!!! Beware: I would not order from them for anything!!
