    Today I ordered something and made a little mistake on my end. I forgot to provide some important information, but the company quickly reached out to clarify things. They even called to inform me that the recipient's location doesn't allow balloons. They offered to either give me a refund or include more flowers to make up for it. They also kept me updated by letting me know once the order was delivered and the recipient loved it. The flowers looked beautiful as well! Overall, I had a great experience talking to them on the phone and via email. They were always very responsive and friendly.

    Birthday flower delivery

    I had to send some flowers to my best friend for her birthday in the middle of this crazy COVID-19 pandemic. I didn't even think it was gonna be doable to get them there on her actual birthday. But guess what? Blooms Today not only made sure they were delivered the next day, but they also totally knocked it out of the park with a beautiful bouquet that my bestie absolutely adored. The flowers were so fresh and colorful, and the delivery was right on time and done professionally. I'm seriously thrilled with both the service and the gorgeous flowers - couldn't ask for better!

    Misleading floral arrangement

    I can't believe it, I mean seriously, the nerve of this company. I ordered this gorgeous bouquet for a special occasion, and what I got was a complete rip-off. The flowers weren't even close to what was shown online, and on top of that, they were all droopy and sad-looking. I felt so embarrassed giving them to my loved one. It's like they don't give a dang about making their customers happy. I'm never ordering from them again, that's for sure.

    At 2:00pm, I thought I was getting a big bouquet with three balloons and chocolates, but I ended up with a small bouquet without the extras. The flowers weren't great quality either, especially considering how much I paid. I wouldn't suggest this service if you want a good and reliable flower delivery.

    Flower arrangement for my mother's birthday

    In my experience, ordering a flower arrangement for my mom's birthday was a huge letdown. I wrote a nice note to go with the flowers, but it didn't show up with the delivery. The arrangement looked hastily put together and nothing like what was shown online. As if that wasn't bad enough, the delivery was late. It was just really annoying overall.

    Next day Thanksgiving flower delivery

    I'm really disappointed with my flower order for next day delivery. I placed the order early in the morning, thinking they'd arrive the day before Thanksgiving. But, even though I got an email saying they were on the way, they never showed up. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but no one picked up, and they never responded to my emails. It's really frustrating that they won't make it in time for Thanksgiving like I was counting on. I'm just so let down and I plan on leaving negative reviews wherever I can.

    I just made a last-minute order for next-day delivery and got a bit bummed out with how it turned out. The flowers that showed up weren't the ones I picked, but I gotta say they were still nice. The delivery was running late, but 'tis the season so I get it. All in all, if you're not super particular about getting exactly what you ordered, you might still have a pretty decent experience.

    Flower order for daughter's job congratulations

    I ordered some flowers to congratulate my daughter on her new job. I chose to have them delivered on Friday, September 30th at 2pm. But, the flowers never came at that time. When I reached out to customer service, they said the flowers would arrive by 5pm, but that didn't happen. The next day, I called again and was told they were still waiting on the florist and the flowers hadn't been delivered yet. It's a bummer because I really wanted to surprise my daughter with the flowers to celebrate her accomplishment, but now she's going to have to work without them.

    Bouquet with few flowers

    Oh my gosh, this is just so absurd! I ordered this bouquet and when it showed up, it was like, completely bare. It seriously looked like they just grabbed some flowers from their yard or something. And the picture online looked wayyyy better than what I actually received. Like, what's even the point of lying with those pictures, you know? I am definitely not going to order from them again, like ever.

    Hey everyone, I just had to share my incredible flower delivery experience with you all! I read some pretty bad reviews, but my experience was absolutely fantastic. I took advantage of a Groupon deal to order some flowers that were supposed to be delivered on January 5th. And guess what? They arrived right on schedule, and the flowers were so fresh and stunning. It's been a couple of weeks now, and they still look just as beautiful as the day they arrived. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

    I am completely confused by how this company operates. It's crazy to me that they don't give any tracking information or a way for us to check when our stuff will arrive. They say they have live support, but good luck finding them when you actually need help. I paid for a service that was supposed to be dependable and quick, but it was the opposite. I had to go to Paypal to try and solve the problem.

    Overpriced, Disappointing Bouquet

    I'm really upset about the bouquet I got from this company. I spent $80 on a bouquet that looked amazing in the photo, but what I actually got was a total letdown. It was definitely not worth the price. I could have gotten a nicer bouquet at a grocery store for way less money. I don't think I'd suggest buying from this company unless you're cool with feeling like you got ripped off and disappointed.

    I just ordered some funeral flowers for a good friend of mine on this other random website. But guess what? They never showed up, even though I got a confirmation email and everything. When I called customer service to figure out what was going on, they told me it was the florist's fault - Blooms Today.
